+ -1 more. I found them on Angies List. He was outstanding. He understood what needed to be done. There was no pushing us. He was extremely knowledgeable. We originally arranged to meet with two other exterminators. After meeting with BROTHERS EXTERMINATING he was just our own choice. So we canceled the other appointments. He was that confident of what he has and what he has to offer. The quote is for $ 1200. The y would do the full termite control on the foundation of the house using Termidor. Since we have well water we cannot have the same chemical near the well so he would be using a chemical that can be used close to the well which is Boracare. He is excellent and I highly recommend him. He wants to do a thorough job. My husband understands a lot about construction and my husband was impressed with his knowledge. There are exterminators who are not knowledgeable and who would use poor chemicals and run havoc with your foundation. I would use him in the future.

+ -1 morePaul took the time to go through the entire house, show us some problem areas, and come up with solutions to fix them. He is very dependable and trust worthy and anyone who uses this company will be extremely satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: I have been using Brother's Exterminating for years, and will continue to use them and refer them to my friends and family. Currently they are providing service to my house and my rental. They are always on time, do a great job, and I trust them completely. They also provide service to my parents and 10 of my friends who have been using them for years. Excellent company to work with.

+ -1 moreThey're prompt, more than honest...to the point that they'll tell you you don't need service if you don't. They're good about advising you on how to use natural products and less toxins. When he says he is coming they arrive as promised. I trust them with a key left to my home. They cover a 5 state area (Jersy/Penn/Maryland/NY & Delaware) and are easy to reach.
Description of Work: They are on contract with me annually. They initially did a termite inspection for me. Paul McMahan is excellent and knows his stuff. He stays advised and is aware of eco-friendly products as well. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble. He doesn't track in dirt and everything is handled very nicely. Price noted is an approx rate for a 9 month service agreement. If we need him the other 3 cold months they will come for no additonal charge.

+ -1 morePAUL WAS PLEASANT, HELPFUL AND EAGER TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB WITH NO EXTRA MESS, CLEANED UP AFTER JOB. NOT RUSHED. PRICING WAS COMPATIBLE TO OTHER COMPANIES BUT LONG TERM INSPECTION COSTS WERE LOWER THEN OTHERS AND WAS GUARANTEED NOT TO CHANGE FOR 10 YRS. I'M VERY FUSSY, ONE MISTAKE AND I'M THROUGH WITH YOU, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL PAUL BACK. AMOUNT PAID INCLUDES TAX.
Description of Work: LIQUID TREATMENT FOR TERMITES. APPLIED TO BASEMENT AREA AND EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE.
