 + -1 moreWe shorted out our poolside GFI. Ed, the owner, replied promptly to my call and came that day to fix it. He even tried to save us the cost of a repair by walking me through a few things over the phone to try to get the GFI to reset. When it was clear that the GFI was not resetting, he came right away. He was prompt, courteous, and affordable. I would definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreI was impressed with Union Hill in the past when he diagnosed a problem another company was unable to. Today he fixed a loose switch, moved outlets and a thermostat, installed an outside door light, installed a basement light, move a thermostat and fixed a loose hall light. About 2.5 hrs of efficient and excellent quality work. Next time to install an outlet for a garage door opener. Recommend highly.

 + -1 moreUnion Hill Electric is also in my town. They were recommended by several people. Ed arrived ontime and performed all work the same day. I felt very comfortable leaving him alone in my home during the day. Both my wife and i work. When we returned the work had been completed and was neat and clean. The workmanship was superb. The wires were routed through the wall without any extra holes etc. His work is best I have seen. I would recommend him to anyone and call him if I need electrical work in the future.
Description of Work: Ed installed 2 ceiling fans, recessed lighting in 2 rooms and changed several outlets and rewired several switches.

Description of Work: We had an issue with our X10 external lighting system so we called Union Hill. The owner was great. He worked fast and was very professional. replace a circuit breaker, two USBs and rewired another outlet for $185. We've found our electrician!

 + -1 moreIt's always a good experience. To book an appointment it may take a few days, but the actual appointment is punctual. If he's not on time he always calls if he is running behind. He sticks to his estimate and I believe he is fairly priced. He is the contractor that I have been happy with and would recommend him.
Description of Work: I used him to replace the light over the sink, and some other small things. He's also installed ceiling fans and other big items. He also did the complete rewiring of the kitchen himself. We've been using him for about 15 years now and he has completed alot of electrical projects.
