Changing my 5 star review to 2 stars. We have had a HE Boiler as well as a AC/Heat Pump installed by them. Unfortunately we needed service today. I was willing to pay for Emergency service. They said they couldn't make it out for 14 days, because we did not have a service contract. Spent about $25k for the installations. Which apparently means nothing to them What makes matters worse, the Emergency Service we paid through another HVAC provider was only necessary because of an issue they created during the installation. During the installation Speer Air originally ran the line for the residual pump over the copper hot water line. Which over time burned through the residual line, and then cause a hole and leak on the copper pipe.

If I could give negative stars I would. They installed a mini split and have had nothing but problems since. They've had to repair it at least 5 times in 7 years all on my dime. They told me today they won't service it anymore after it broke for the 6th time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I have used Speer Air for several years for HVAC preventive maintenance at my home. We recently expanded and they installed a package unit to take care of the expansion space. The work was good and they have been back for adjustments as necessary.

Speer Air is a great company, from customer support, to electricians, plumbers and sales rep., our guy was Anthony DeFranco, he was fantastic, got all the permits, setup the inspections, gave us a really fair price and just was all out great working with. Very smooth from start to finish with all personnel involved.

The representative was courteous, informative, thorough, and professional. I chose a less expensive option but would recommend Speer if others were comparing services.

They are responsible, on time, very neat, efficient, and the job was done right.

Speer Air just completed a complete overhaul of my existing HVAC including an upgrade of part of our system. The entire experience from initial sales visit to completion was great. Throughout the installation, the team was friendly, always available to answer a question, clean and respectful of my 3 young children (making sure nothing was left behind or any debris that could hurt them). System is operational and very satisfied. Highly recommend them.

We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!

Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!

They installed AC in our 1923 house back in 2006 and our AC bills are lower than our heat! Excellent courteous clean work. This past spring the fan motor for this system died and because of it’s design was an expensive repair but again the work was done fast and clean. Highly recommended!

They were on time, they did a great job, they were very careful and explained everything.

Good price obtained with Angie's List voucher. Easy to contact company, easy to make appointment. Service technician arrived on time, did his work efficiently, answered all questions, displayed courtesy and professionalism. I was pleased, and would certainly hire this company again.

Excellent service. Alfonso was right on time, professional, and patient with me. He fixed everything in a short amount of time, and explained everything he did. I feel the bill was fair and a good value. I would highly recommend Speer Air and I will definitely use them again.

Punctual, quick. They got to the root of the problem right away

The cause of leakage from the attic was fixed; the repairman was 'baking' up in the attic but did a good job

Old draining pipes were replaced. Eventually need a new unit.

They were great. They always wear footies over there shoes so they don't track dirt in the house. They clearly have a lot of respect for my home and the craftsmanship is top quality.

I would give them all A's. I would absolutely use them again.

It was about $225. On the price, for what they did, they were fair.

Everything went fine. Would have been helpful if I got a call the day before reminding me they were coming, but i was home so no problem.

The work was excellent. Was told it would be a 3 day install with all new equipment. It was finished as promised, working perfect no problems. Would definitly recommend them and will take out a service contract with them. 100% professional
