Cost matched estimate. Work was done correctly and at the date and time specified. I rated the cost as good and not excellent because $1600 seems like a lot of money. However, we didn't get estimates from other companies, and we don't know the cost of the blower and fan assembly. Two hours of labor were involved.

It went very well. Communication between the company was seamless and he arrived on time The serviceman was polite and worked quietly in the basement until he was done. He was prepared with all the parts he needed and did the job very quietly. I almost forgot he was down in the basement!

.This was a normal annual checkup and this particular technician was the best one yet. He wants to open his own shop and he should do well because he was very capable. He replace the filters correctly without tearing the element, which has happened before. He detected a minor natural gas leak on the union connecting the furnace to the gas line. I never noticed the gas leak odor, however I had to get very close to the union to smell the leak. This was a new furnace 5 years ago and no one ever noticed the leak before now. He also noticed a leak in the adjacent water heater that was only a year old. He really had his eyes open when he came to our house.

Speer arrived on time, serviced the units and pointed out an issue on the air handler with a couple of different options to solve. Very professional and quality workmanship.

Speer sent a bill for $304.00. His efforts did not fix it and likely made it worse. They said they would come back, they did not after three contacts with sales and other management. They seem like nice people, however I would not advise calling them.

This merchant had remind of getting my refund back so incorrect that I had purchased organically. If this merchant has other good deals, I will definitely considers to have work done my this merchant.

My central air conditioning system developed a refrigerant leak and was no longer cooling the house. I made an appointment with Speer Air to get costs for repair and/or replacement of the system. Their rep arrived promptly on time, examined the a/c, and then provided me right away with a written proposal for repair of the system along written proposals for 4 different replacement options. Since my old system used the outdated R22 refrigerant and would have been costly to repair, I chose to have them install a whole new system. They expedited the scheduling date for the installation, their installers arrived right on schedule and did a very professional job. In terms of cost, their price was in line with estimates I received from other HVAC contractors.

we just needed our furnace tuned up. we were having an issue with it starting, the person came in looked at the furnace,serviced and made some recommendations and changed the filter.

I had called them for my friend's furnace tuneup. They recommended that the furnace needed to be replaced.

They wanted me to replace a part. They did a good job with the service.

I was not that pleased with them. I would probably not use them again. I did not hear them vacuuming the unit when my other HVAC company does. I felt like they were just trying to get their foot in the door.

The installation went very well from start to finish. The sales person came by and assisted in choosing the correct units for my home, we scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks later and the units were installed. The crew arrived on time (early morning), the job was completed in one day. The area was cleaned on completion. Everyone was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. I plan to use their services in the future. The people answering the phones are also very helpful. Everything is working fine, I have had no issues.

Everything went well, and our system is running fine, but I guess I was a bit naive about pricing. I called Speer because they listed a special $69 deal for a furnace tune-up, but I didn't read the fine print that it was for forced-air systems only. For my system I was told it would be ~$265. Never having had an oil-fired system before, I figured that was the going rate. I later learned from my neighbor that their guy charges only $100. Checking online at places like costhelper,com, a typical tune-up "can cost $70-$200 or more but typically is about $100-$125". Next year, I won't blindly trust a highly-rated Angie's List contractor - I will shop around.

I purchased the furnace tune up deal on Angies List. Speer air was fantastic. I would definitely use them again. The tech, Mike did a very thorough job and was very knowledgeable and professional. He also answered several questions I had about my unit which was very helpful.

I used Speer Air for tune-up of HVAC system before winter. There were some communication issues for scheduling but once in the work was performed professionally.

Fantastic, knowledgable tech who was polite, informative and explained many things about our system. He spent well over an hour doing the work and was an ultimate professional. Highly recommend this company.

Had service scheduled for Friday, Nov 7th, between the hours of 12-4. Provider never showed up or called to cancel/reschedule. As of this morning, I still have not received any communication from them.

Overall pretty well, informed me of what I need, explained why my gas costs are high due to the age of my furnace. Didn't replace filter however, stated that he was out but nevertheless I was happy with the service and furnace runs better.
