Natural Turf

I called Natural Turf because I wanted an organic option. My lawn is a wreck right now. To be fair, I have pets. But my biggest issue is no one calls you back. And you never know if they've been there. Last year I was promised a free soil test. I called multiple times (Anthony P). They finally did one at the end of the summer and told me they would address it in 2013. Now somebody called (Benjamin I think) to tell me they would beginning treatment this past tuesday 4/16/13. I immediately selected the option to leave a message and be called back. No such luck, nor do I think anyone came by on Tuesday. I have since left another voice mail but nothing. I just called the main number now where you sign up and of course someone answered quickly but I got disconnected. I am ready to cancel! Hello Natural Turf? are you listening? Great Idea - Poor Execution.

We subscribe to the full organic service, and while it is not the cheapest option out there it has been a great boom for our lawn. It takes a little longer than the synthetic stuff and the first year was marginal improvement, the second year has been leaps and bounds forward. Green grass that stays green through the spring, summer to the fall. We do still have a little bit of weeds a few broad leaves and dandelions but we're willing to live with it. They are able to get rid of it with natural or synthetic pesticides however it is probably 75% less than without any service and we're willing to have some weeds and not bomb our yard with chemicals. Whether organic or synthetic all lawn companies use chemicals, the organic ones are just much less potent and concentrated we feel more comfortable letting our kids run around and roll in the grass as well as have a nice feeling knowing we're not dumping half the chemicals we place on our lawns into our drinking water. Anthony is very honest, and their service is prompt, they are willing to make changes as we need it and offer the full gambit of lawn services. We're in summit and we are happy with them and will continue to use the service.
