2 door locks repaired.

I called to have my locks changed last Thursday and received a call back right away from Steven. He was so nice and helpful. He would have been able to come that very afternoon, but I had an appointment and couldn't. He came the next day with another guy and changed locks on three doors in about 30-45 minutes. It was a great experience. He cleaned up after himself (said it was really important to him to leave a place clean). I highly recommend them!

Steve and his helper (which I forget his name now, sorry) were awesome. They were early, re-keyed our front and back door locks and gave us 2 new keys for each. There were there for under an hour and were so friendly helping us out by telling us about the new town we were moving to. They even gave us the extra keys for free which was so nice.

Steve is very professional and pleasing to work with. He came right on time and finished job in 30 min. Very particular about cleanliness and perfection. He made sure that I am comfortable with the work before he left. I would certainly use their service in future and highly recommend.

i called in the evening and he answered the phone.. said he could come next morning before i had to go to work. he showed up on time and took about 1/2 or so to finish the job and cleaned up the work area as well. super nice

did a great job...showed up 10 minutes early (which I appreciated), cleaned up the minimal mess generated by the installation, fixed an unrelated issue on the same door for no additional charge

Excellent service.

He repaired the problem and checked the locks on the other doors. No extra charges. While he and I were walking out he even told that me one of my outside trees looked like it was cracking and could be a safety issue. I would definitely use ND Security again.

One call was all it took to schedule the appointment. They ran a little late without calling me but overall very responsive and fixed the problem quickly.

ND Security sent someone to fix my broken lock and install a new lock within two hours of my call to request service. The entire service call took less than an hour. ND Security quickly repaired the broken lock and fixed my loose doorknob. They also installed a new deadbolt lock on another door. The work was performed in a professional manner and care was taken to clean up after the work was finished.

I have an older home with a door that has seen better days, on which the doorknob and lock were not working. ND came promptly, provided the appropriate lockset, and repaired everything very well. I was especially pleased because the door had been damaged in the past (they suspect someone had once tried to break in), and they had to do some special repairs in order to ensure the new lock was installed properly and would work right. I was very pleased with the service and competency of the repairperson, and would definitely use them again.

Our front door lock jammed. We called ND Security. They came within one hour. They repaired the existing lock quickly and economically. We did not need to replace the lock which was great. we are very pleased overall.
