I had Kevin and his team install my EV charger in May. The job was done well. The charger was up and running after the job. Kevin submitted permit application with the townhall after the job. Post installation service was very poor. Kevin was supposed to pick up and pay for the permit. I waited 3 days and reached out asking about permit and inspection. Kevin asked me to pick up the permit from townhall by myself because he was too busy with other projects not in my area. I paid $95 permit fee and picked it myself, which he said he would reimburse me because the original cost of the project included permit cost. It has been 4 months since then. Despite many text messages asking him to stop by to drop or mail the payment, I have never received the check even though every time he messaged back quickly saying that he will mail it next day. I would not recommend Kevin for anything that you need post project service.

First of all, Kevin Graney called me exactly 14 minutes after I put the request for electrical work in. Talk about efficient! He was professional and earnest, wanting to get someone out to help me as soon as possible. The next day, he sent out Mike who was fantastic. He immediately deciphered what the problem was (a complicated 3-way switch failure with 3 switches in 3 different areas!) and went out to get the proper 3-way switch. He returned promptly to fix an issue that I had had for quite a while. Their pricing is also fair and reasonable. Graney Electric is by far the best electricians I've ever hired. Graney electric did a great job helping us install a new ceiling fan. Kevin was prompt and clean considering the fan was over the bed. The work was done quickly and the price was reasonable.
