Description of Work: The previous owner did some hacking, and it was in danger of fire. Everything needed replacing. The breakers were popping. The original owner was in contracting, and thought he knew. There is a reason you study the field of construction. He wasn't thinking. He did crazy stuff. My gut feeling was correct. My house was in danger, and stuff was wired together that shouldn't be.
