They were responsive to all my needs and happy to investigate any "quirks" I noticed around the house. The trenching went well, though they threw several boulders into the corner of my yard instead of the three I expected. Garage has power, so I can't complain.

Not great. Electrician did not have the bulb needed, so had to schedule a return. We were charged for this visit, which was ok. He returned a few days later with a bulb, for which he charged me $38. He then told me he could not repair the fixture, but would have to charge me for another visit. I paid him and complained to the office. They apologized but said this was their policy. But because they had not told me in advance that I would be charged again, we agreed that I would be refunded half the amount I paid. In the end I paid another electrician to replace the fixture.

Wow! Sunch great service start to finish. I found my new electricians. So easy to work with, clear spoken, and did not price-gouge.

They came when I asked and did exactly what was needed. All done in about two hours. I asked them to minimize holes in the ceiling and they were able to do that. I have used Esposito's Electric for many years. Their prices are fair and the work is high quality. I can recommend these guys for any electrical work.

The individual was prompt, professional and completed all the work I needed done within an hour. He packed up the old lighting and cleaned up before he left. I would use them again if I need an electrician in the future.

It went very well. The lead electrician and the helpers that were there, they were very professional, they did their work in a timely manor. We were pleased with everything that was done and overall we thought it was a very good customer experience. We would definitely have them back again for work. The gentleman who handled the scheduling was very prompt in getting back to us as well as getting us a preliminary estimate of what work was involved and how much he thought it would be and also his recommendation to do it on an hourly basis was very good because it brought the cost down from what it would have been otherwise.

Excellent, I could not be more pleased.The problem was diagnosed on 09/20/2016 and I was immediately given a proposal with cost which I considered very reasonable. They were able to come the very next day and do the job. They showed up early in the morning with a completed permit application and began work. I took the permit application to our Borough Hall. The work was completed by the end of the day on an emergency basis. I am still waiting for the permit. They were quiet, professional, knowlegable and cleaned up when they were finished. I could not possibly be more pleased. I am so grateful that I joined Angie's list an was able to use it to select an electrical contractor that exceeded my every expectation. I will definitely use Esposito's Electric again and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have negative feedback. We had them do some work a couple of times. The first time we had no problems -- we thought they did excellent work and asked them to come back. A couple of different people came out to look at it. They could not figure out what the problem was so they left. My husband looked into it and it took him a couple of weeks, but he figured it out. They did something with the wires and the only way the doorbell would work was if a certain light in the basement was turned on so they hooked it up improperly. We called them to come back and fix it and they said they would charge us a couple of hundred bucks for the visit. We told them to forget it. I was not too happy with that result. We will never use them again. I felt that they should have come back, not charged us and fixed it because my husband found the problem. They could have charged us, but not a large amount, just something small. It is still not fixed, we have to call somebody else to fix it. I would not recommend them. I am disgruntled because of what they did, but the first tie time they came they did an excellent job. When I first called they came right away and came in a timely fashion and they communicated well. But then when we had the problem and asked them to troubleshoot we were not too happy.

Purchased generator from them. Never used it and when we tried to use it, the battery was dead, then when we replaced the battery, the starter was dead. They are now refusing to do anything to fix it with without a $300 service call.

Esposito took my call during weekends and promptly came on Monday to fix the issue with overheated sockets and also replaced two more sockets which were burnt out

They responded to my call for assistance immediately--no answering machines, a concerned, attentive staff person answered. They sent an electrician on the same day that I called for help. The electrician arrived promptly within the time-frame that I was given. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in diagnosing the problem and repairing it. After finding and repairing the wiring that had caused the problem he repeatedly tested every light switch in the part of the house where the short had occurred. He made sure that the problem was solved. I took the opportunity to ask the electrician an additional question about light fixtures I might want to replace and he patiently and helpfully gave me several suggestions about how to approach it. I enthusiastically and highly recommend this provider.

Electrician (Skip) sent was professional and had great experience. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and found issue with a switch that I was unaware of in the course of diagnosis. Purchased pre-paid discounted service call, there was no up-sell or additional expenses. Additional charge was for part and tax, $12. I was very satisfied with all aspects and my problem was addressed,

Skip came to my house to review our project. He left saying he was going to get back to us with a quote. He never did. 3 days later I called and left message. No one responded.

Job was finished on time and budget. I understood that holes would be patched but only the holes they made were patched as the holes from the items removed were not fixed. Another electrician I had gotten bid from would not even do that and one cannot expect electricians to also do painting. The quality of the work was good as all items installed look firmly in place and are close to being flush as straight as expected. I got three bids for electrical work and this was the most expensive. Since they are approved to do work in my condo building which has strict standards I would use them again.
