Very professional ! I highly recommend them. They do amazing quality work and gave us a very fair price. They were very responsive with any questions we had and took their time. Excellent company!

Tony (and Chris) were great to work with. Even when we needed to unexpectedly needed additional parts, they were very fair about pricing which helped us greatly! We will definitely be using them when/if the time comes that we need to replace our actual boiler but until then, the brand new parts are wonderful!!

They were cheaper than PSE&G and they were more thorough. Dr WH came next day, tested the water pressure, offered me a ceramic dish that drained to my French drain. PSE&G just said they'd replace my water heater. Everything they mentioned/suggested checked out when I Googled it so I'm pretty sure they weren't trying to sell me useless products. But again, they were cheaper than PSE&G. So I recommend them.

I reached out to several companies and Dr Water Heater responded quickly and prioritized the timing of the team’s visit. I was without hot water so a few days made a big difference! The entire process was helpful without making me feel pressured, and extremely thorough and professional throughout. I would highly recommend this service.

The plumbing job is excellent. But some of their estimates was not clear. estimate price and actual invoice price was different. I recommend that, if you can, to get a written estimate before ordering. If it is so, you can avoid this kind of problem. The job itself is excellent.

Probably a little more than "others" in terms of cost but fair and well worth it! Tony responded immediately, answered all my questions, scheduled the work promptly, showed up on time, completely the installation in a timely manner, explained everything clearly and left the work site and my house clean! Amazing. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. Also, personable people. And Tony was present with his guys when the work was being completed.

He took the time to walk me through the various options for our water heater installation, guided me through the steps necessary to receive an energy efficiency rebate, and was quick to send a proposal the next business day.
