OK all, you need a plumber, Tony and team is where you go. Tony gave me a call and i explained what i needed, we set up an appointment day and time and he showed up. He looked at the issues, told me what i needed, and why, priced out all the sections of the job and the cost of price per part, and gave me a total. I agreed to the total and we set a time and day for the work to be done. That day came and his team of two that showed up at my house was great, knew exactly what to do, did a great job, cleaned up after and showed me things i didn't know about my water heater and additional piping replacements that i had done.
