Things started off well but did not end on a high note. In order to remove the water heater, the moldings and door jamb on one side of the living room closet where it is stored had to be removed. And while I authorized Anthony to do this, the reaction from Tony the owner (who was not onsite) was unexpected. He was dismissive of the cost to repair this because it was 'just a closet'. And while he indicated that he would refer a fellow contractor to me for an estimate, that call never occured nor was there any follow up. Interest beyond the task would have shown exceptional customer service.

Tony called me before I could get off the phone with this office... He came that night. Helped me by getting the job done fast and even pointed out that the water heater was still under warranty (when a different plumber didn't). Would definitely use him again...
