I have a rental condo and needed to replace the water heater before my new tenants moved in and they were able to meet the tight timeline. The install was very clean and efficient. Estimate for the water heater was fine. The guy said he needed more time to determine the costs for installing the Aquasana water system and he would contact me after the estimate ready. However, he never got back to me, and no response at all after I called and left message, no response to text message either. no responsive!

Tony from Dr. Water Heater was prompt in his response and he wasn't far from my house at the time of the call. He showed up within an hour. He scoped out the water heater size and he gave me a quote in short order. I had received a couple other quotes so I knew he was in the ball park with his quote. He may not have been the cheapest but a small amount, but he is very competent. He knew what parts of my system were not up to code and he quoted me reasonable prices to upgrade these components (gas valve, size of output flue etc). And he went to the town to get the permit and allowed me to withhold $100 of his fee until the town inspected and approved his installation. I would recommend him for anyone who needs a water heater or other plumbing services.

Very friendly and knowledgable. Got to work right away. Presented me with various options and tons of great info to know for the future. I've dealt with many contractors and a big thing for me is showing up on time--and they did.
