DEL'S PEST ARREST INC

We called based on a rodent issue. They arrived and found how they got in in 5 minutes. Then Jim went to hardware store and bought screen to block holes till we could fix the hole in a permintent way.

This alleged pest-control company was recommended to me by someone at Benjamin Moore Hardware store in Tenafly. Not sure if they get a kick-back because the store had mini-calendars with "Del's Pest Arrest" engraved on them (free, of course). I called on a Saturday to make an appointment and left a voicemail. On Monday morning, someone from the company called to say he had other scheduled jobs but he'd come out after 3 that day. I left my office early and nobody showed up! I must have called ten times over the next few days to try to re-schedule and see what happened and all I got was voicemail but nobody had the common courtesy to even call me back. I even tried the cell phone number from my caller ID that appeared when the guy called to say he'd be there that afternoon. No response after multiple attempts to that number either, just more voice mail. Yes, this is the whole story...I was always very polite on my voicemails even after they screwed me over, but I guess they were too embarrassed to call me back and must be so swamped with business from the questionable recommendations made by that big hardware store that they can just blow people off. Can't think of any other explanation. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
