Excellent work and product. There were a couple of scheduling delays.

They didn't put the right cushion in at first but they did resolve it. When they did do it again they did great.

Excellent. She is scheduled to do the work in June.

it was a satisfying experience. We had bought an angie's list special for $99 and added to it because there was a lot of curtain pleats to steam. Their scheduling was easy to deal with, they arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner. Great company.

The prices were very high. The covering and the pillows were not done correctly and things had to be fixed multiple times. The quality of the sewing was bad and they did not use consistent fabric. The material on the furniture got soiled because the pieces had to be moved back and forth to be repaired again. I would not recommend them.

The service was good. I paid more than the $99 Big Deal. I have not received the materials yet. They had to order the fabric and all. He comes to your house. He was pretty flexible in that regards. I thought the price was good.

Sciaccas re upholstered an Empire couch. Scheduled an appointment which Sandra came on time. She measured the couch and left fabric books for us to review. We chose to buy our Fabric online. We call Sandra to schedule a pick up which them came on time to pick up the couch. I about a week they delivered the finished couch. Very well done and fast turn around. We have scheduled 2 chairs to be to be re upholstered. Will use them again and again

They did an excellent job and both pieces will remain in the family for a very long time now.

Went amazing! First approached Sciacca's about reupholstering 2 antique chairs. Bought fabric from another supplier and explained how I wanted them done. Sciacca's did an amazing job refinishing some of the wood, mending a broken part of the chair and restuffing the seat cushions. Then went back to Sciacca's when it was time for drapes. Wanted simple, contemporary and affordable. Sandy worked w/ me to find just the right material and even visited my home on several occasions to see the swatches in the light of my room. Ended up making 4 panels, her staff hung the hardware that I had already purchased and installed my drapes. Amazing!

They needed the car for the day so I dropped it off the night before. It was ready when promised and I picked it up after they closed. The results are excellent. I am very happy with the new seat cover. (Note it doesn't match the other seats now but it is very close.) Communication was OK but not great. I didn't always see the messages here and they didn't call with updates or status. I don't think that caused a problem but it would have been nice to know what to expect and how it was going. In the end, everything worked as promised.

Sandra promptly responded to my request for information, and was able to give me a free quote based on a couple of e-mailed photographs of the chair I wanted to have re-done. Unfortunately the cost of re-covering the chair was a little higher than I ever would have guessed - definitely not worth it since I have 3 cats that still have their claws!! I would definitely go to her for future upholstery needs.

If you're looking for a warm and fuzzy experience, that is the one area where it might not meet or exceed expectations. Sandra is brisk and professional, but I can easily forgive that to receive such a wonderful piece of furniture. I get endless compliments and would go to her again in a minute to have work done.

I did not use this service. The price was way out of line with my budget. I can buy a new sofa and love seat with the price given. I am sure that the company does great work I just could not afford the cost.

She was good and wonderful overall. She gave me some decorating tips and was very knowledgeable but the price was expensive.

The overall opinion for me was that I was dealing with a professional woman, and I respected her opinion.

They held up in every respect. Gave me all of the information I needed.

Sandra and her team were great to work with, the work was done in a timely manner and a good price.

Ms. Sciacca has refinished and reupholstered our kitchen set, and is currently helping us as an interior decorator with our living room and dining room. She has helped with the paint colors and furniture and window treatment selection. She will also reupholstered our dining room chairs.
