Description of Work: I hired them for a weekly cleaning service during the summer months. Chrys solicits your feedback and wants to satisfy his customers. The initial cleaning cost more than twice the weekly cleaning cost but was so worth it. The initial cleaning was very thorough. The weekly cleaning was also very good. There were 2 people who cleaned my house every week however, they were not the same people every week. I think there was a lot of turn over during the period I used them. I have recommended Chrys to other people and plan on using his services again this summer.

+ 1 moreChrys came 2 times to complete the handyman jobs, and spent one day cleaning the vacant condo (at which time he finished painting and soffit repair). He came on time with all his equipment. too. Plus, he cleaned up after himself. He took special care to clean between the windows and the runners on the sliding doors. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless when he finished, and the floors shined brightly with the polish he selected.. I gave his name to the administrator of our condo association and to the Realtor who is listing my condo for sale. He listened carefully and did everything I asked of him in a very professional manner..
Description of Work: I hired Chrys to clean my condo the week after the moving company took my furniture and belongings to another state. Chrys made my place sparkle. He did all the windows and the sliding doors. He cleaned the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo and made it ready to put on the market. He cleaned and polished the hardwood floors. In addition, he painted my storm door, and he refinished and painted the soffit area in my bedroom that had water damage. His work was very professional, and I would use him again in a heart beat.

+ -1 moreChrys the cleaner and his staff were amazing, kind and professional. They came to do the estimate the day I called them and we were able to schedule the service for the NEXT day. The ducts in this house were full of animal hair and I am allergic, so it was very important to me to have the cleaning be thorough, without stirring up dander all through the house. Everything was explained and shown to me in a language i could understand, and when they came to do the service it was as promised: thorough, (with pictures to prove it) but keeping the interior of the house free of dust and dander. They arrived promptly at noon as scheduled and spent 4 hours doing a GREAT job. Now the air in here actually feels lighter. I highly recommend Chrys the Cleaner. Thank you!!

+ -1 moreIt is troubling to bring someone into my home to walk through and never hear from them again. I'd have understood if he simply called to say he didn't want to work in this area anymore.
Description of Work: Chrys came out to walk my house on 7/3/13 and said his wife would call me with a price the next day. I haven't heard anything from them since. He mentioned that he no longer lived in the area but lived in NJ after he married so this is a commute for him.

They do a fantastic job at whatever task you want them to do and always exceed expectations. Pricing is very competitive. We have nothing but good things to say about them.

He didn't understood much English but he did a good job. He did what we expected him to do and the price he charge was reasonable. We're definitely happy that we join the Angie's List.

+ 0 moreThere have been a few glitches which Chrys took seriously and ironed out quickly, which is why he absolutely gets an "A" for professionalism. Considering my first experience with a house cleaning service that I found on Angie's List was miserable, I am very happy.
Description of Work: Chrys did my initial thorough cleaning in the beginning of April (price noted above) and I was thrilled at how clean his team got my home. I continue to have biweekly cleanings and love coming home each time. The money is well worth the extra time I now have on the weekends. I also noticed that my dryer had been taking longer to dry clothes, so I asked him to clean the dryer duct, which he found time for in his schedule quickly.

+ 1 moreOur family has been getting respiratory illnesses with increasing frequency for 4 years! Now we know why. And we learned that when you have someone do work inside your walls, make sure you know what it's supposed to look like BEFORE you pay them! We were so impressed with Chrys's integrity, impeccability and care, that we invited him to come trial housecleaning for us. His crew did a great job. He set up our expectations for price and work quality and we finally feel like we are living in a clean safe home. We can't recommend Chrys highly enough! He is an excellent business owner and ambitious.
Description of Work: Chrys came with his staff 3 times. First he spent the whole day cleaning our 4 story townhouse's ducts. He discovered the vent in one of our children's rooms was filled with fiberglass insulation blown in 4 years ago by another company we thought had done a decent job. But we were shocked when Chrys showed us the huge black trash bag filled with insulation. He videotaped his work and took pictures. He refused to leave until the job was complete. He came back a couple days later to clean the dryer vent and discovered the company that charged us 7 years ago to rerun that vent actually did such a half-***ed job they put our lives in danger! They didn't connect the elbow pipes to anything at all and left pieces in the crawl space. The dryer vent pipe spewed lint and dust into our crawl space all those years and filled te cavity. We could have been incinerated at any time! Chrys cleaned out everything, picked up the correct elbow pipes and put the whole thing together properly, and made sure the air returns to the outside were clear so air could keep the crawl space dry. Again, he took pictures. He wrote separate reports for both events.

+ -1 moreI had this company out a couple of weeks ago to do my windows and they did a really terrific job. I mentioned to Chrys that I was interested in having my house power washed and he promised to get back to me with an estimate, which he did. I hired him and what a great job! This company goes that extra mile...I have wooden lawn chairs and a bench, all of which were looking awful. They took the time to power wash them, too, and now they look like new again. It was such a nice surprise when I arrived home...I couldn't believe it! It's hard to find a company that cares about the job they do, but this company definitely does. I recommend them very highly.

+ -1 moreI had to cancel my first appointment and Chrys was very gracious about it. We rescheduled and he and an employee arrived on time. They took their time and did a meticulous job. There were some windows that were difficult to access from the outside due to shrubbery (and some bees!) but they managed to do each and every window and screen. They did a beautiful job and they were very careful with my furniture, etc. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use this company again. In fact, I wouldn't call anyone else. Really a super great job at a very reasonable price. This is the place to call.

He almost got attacked by our dog, but he saved the parrot just in time! He came back the same day to make sure everything was alright, since we weren’t going to be home that day. Anytime I need anything done, he’s the one that I call.
