They answered my call promptly and came out the same day. Very friendly and professional. Charged me less than I estimated since we did not need the snake machine. Will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

I was so pleased with the work Chuck LaSala did. Not only did he show up right on scheduled time it was within an hour of my initial call. He took the time to clearly explain the problem and performed the work immediately. The price was surprisingly low considering I have used other large chain companies in the past and really overpaid. Called at 8am and Chuck was here by 10am and had the job done by 10:30am. He made sure to clean the pipes way ahead to ensure there are no clogs further down. I had used Drain King about about 4 years ago and was very satisfied, so when I found that I had sewage backing up into my basement shower, Chuck at Drain King was my first call. He and his son arrived and quickly solved my problem. Chuck's a good guy and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Chuck and his team completed a sewer line inspection as part of our home purchase and showed us where we had a break in our sewer pipes to the main, providing us with a reasonable estimate of services to be provided after the house closing. When our drain backed up two days before closing, he came out quickly and dealt with the clog, also scheduling the sewer line replacement within two days. The work was completed completely, quickly, thoughtfully, and at a great price. He stood by his original estimate, even when the project turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally planned. We were very happy with the work and professionalism of Drain King and wouldn't hesitate to hire again or recommend them to someone else.

Quite well, I would recommend. Drain King showed up at the agreed time. Since the house was old, the water main connection was completely obscured, but they found it and did not charge extra, despite the added time and labor with that. They got to work on the sewage connection which was very deep. Impressive the amount of work that needed to be done - about an 7-8ft deep trench was dug up with a back hoe. Then the pipe connection went in. A few days later, there was a lingering smell inside the building, (a separate issue) Chuck came on a follow up visit at no extra charge, and fixed the lids to the sewage lines. Again, this wasn't a repair of his work, it wasn't something he worked on before but he fixed it to make it right and make a better environment for the house. I appreciated Chuck as it is challenging to find the right trustworthy people to work with, I would recommend him and the Drain King crew.

Chuck came right away and gave us a very competitive quote. We appreciated his honesty, prompt service, and the job was done four days later in half a day (big job) with no issues. I was very satisfied with his job and would call him up again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend him/them.

The guys did a wonderful job. When I called he said I will see you in half an hour but he was at the door well before then. That is what I call service. They got here and got the job done in no time. I will be using their services again in the future.

I purchased the deal on Sunday and the provider called me within a few hours same day, and scheduled to come next morning. He came by in very short notice. He is professional and kind. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly.

Chuck arrive the next day after I called him about a problem we were having with water backing up when we ran the washing machine. He checked the sewer line and showed me where the problem was with a video feed. Two days later, he returned to replace the damaged line. He arrived on schedule and completed the work ahead of schedule.

Chuck was very professional on courteous from the start. He asked details of the problem over the phone and was prompt on his arrival. He snaked my clogged kitchen sink and even gave some tips on how to minimize the clog in the future. My wife asked him to take a quick look at a slow drain that we had in my daughters bathroom. It ended up being something very minor that he didn't even charge for! I would hire him again!

He picked up phone when I called around 8am Sunday morning. After asking a few questions, he arrived within an hour. He did a few quick checks. Then it took quite some time to get all the water in the pipes out. He used the snake to fix the clog in main line. He also helped me fix a toilet by adjusting the parts here and there. He explained what he was doing in details so I understand. I am so happy that he solved the issues quickly and put my nightmare behind! He is a nice and happy person. I highly recommend Drain King!

First floor toilet overflowed while using shower upstairs in both bathrooms. An indication that something was seriously wrong. Shower drain was slow for the past week. Called Chuck from Drain king and he was helpful from the beginning. He visited us quickly to inspect. Suspicion was on the outside sewer pipes. He came back with his crew of 2 people and inspected the sewer from the outside cleanout using a camera and confirmed that roots had clogged the sewer pipe just outside the house. Crew cut the concrete walkway and used machinery to dig 5 feet deep and 12 feet long to replace the sewer pipe. The crew took care to properly reinstall the concrete walkway. Chuck took care of the permits and requested me to get in touch with water company to shut the main water line as a precaution. Chuck is a great guy and has a professional team and got the job done.

Chuck showed up on time, after diagnosing the problem, he grabbed his machine and solve the clog in ~15 minutes. Everything went smoothly, and Chuck is very friendly and professional.

We started to notice flooding in our front yard a few days prior to our water line repair. Chuck, the owner, came over within an hour of our phone call to give us an estimate on the job, and was willing to come over and repair the broken water line the following day, which was a Saturday. Unfortunately, the township plumbing inspector would not be available until that Monday, so Chuck did a great job at opening up the permits required to get the job done for first thing Monday morning. The crew was timely and extremely friendly. They did a clean, neat job excavating our front yard while minimizing the amount digging required. Once the leak was found, they immediately repaired the line and had inspections completed. Drain King completed the job within 6 hours! Had they not had to repeatedly wait for the water company and the plumbing inspector, they would have finished it in half the time. One very important fact to mention. We had called Roto Rooter (Somerset) the evening before and they came over that same morning to give us our first proposal. Peter from Roto Rooter was extremely unreasonable with his estimate, which was OVER DOUBLE THE PRICE DRAIN KING gave us ($6600 to be exact, for the SAME job). We gave Peter from Roto Rooter a piece our mind for such an absurd estimate. We are so lucky and thankful to have found Drain King on Angie's List within an hour of that terrible interaction. With that said, we believe it all happens for a reason. Being new homeowners, we feel relieved to have found such an honest and reputable company. We are so thankful to Chuck and will happily keep him in mind for all our future plumbing needs. THANK YOU DRAIN KING!!
