The gentleman that came was very polite and professional. He put booties on over his his boots and got right to work. He was receptive to suggestions and responsive to all questions and concerns. He worked alone and finished over 30 Windows and doors in under 2 hours. Under close inspection, the sills and glass are spotless. They look even more amazing from the street view. I've dealt with a decent company in the past. However, their good work was overshadowed by employees scratching my tub with unprotected work boots. I will definitely use Alpha again in the future.
