Easy, hassle-free experience from start to finish. Even when there were unavoidable scheduling problems (weather), they were communicated promptly and every effort was made to accommodate my schedule when rescheduling. Everyone on the team was very professional. The service was thoroughly explained, both verbally and in writing, before it started and the results were amazing. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Alpha from the very first call I placed to them for service. Karen was professional, courteous, and listened to my concerns/needs attentively. She then PROMPTLY got back to me with a very reasonable quote. I had my deck and house power washed and all of my windows cleaned inside and out. Lucas and Mike did a FABULOUS JOB not to mention they are two very nice young men who regarded my home and property with care. I will definitely be using Alpha again (and again)
