The service was great. I needed my stuff moved over sooner than later, and I believe I only had to wait a day before it arrived. They were prompt and professional. They did quote me a little bit low, and the price came out higher than expected, but I would recommend them.

Company was very professional. Gave me alot of details and answered all my questions. I have not decided if I will use them or not due to cost.

Only a few items were damaged in the move, and the movers were very polite and professional. Not happy with the extra charges incurred.

It went very well. They arrived on time and brought a couple extra people because of the snow. This was an extra cost I didn't anticipate but since there were more people, the move went quicker. They were very professional and packed everything nicely into the van. A very nice bunch a guys, all spoke English. They tried not to scratch my floors but a small area was scratched, that was the ONLY issue though ( and not even a big issue ). I even changed my mind a couple times about where I wanted something and they were happy to move it. When I unpacked all my boxes I found NOTHING broke :-) There was a little trouble at the end, I had already pair via credit card over the phone before the move. However, the actual movers were not made aware of this so they had to call the office and owner to get everything straightened out. Not a big problem for me but it did cost the movers extra time.

The only thing I am unhappy about is that the movers placed the two area rugs without getting my opinion. Neither is how I want it. One of them blocks closing the bedroom door. The proof of their true responsiveness is whether they come back to put the rugs into their correct placements. The preceding paragraph was typed in my original review. Within fewer than 24 hours Linda Pegger, the rep I worked with, telephoned me. Fewer than 24hours after her call to me (Monday afternoon), I heard from a team who were going to be in the area that afternoon. They stopped at my house and we got the rug into the correct position. In my opinion, this shows what a superior business this moving company is. Believe me, I know, having had the misfortune to have hired a company that turned out to me terrible.

The company was very professional from start to finish. The quote was fair and accurate. This company was not the most expensive and they were not the cheapest. But the care they took with my items was worth the extra money. They worked hard and fast. The movers themselves were professional and very nice to work with. Enjoyable experience as far as moving goes.

It was very good. There were no major problems with the move. They were prompt and everything worked out reasonably well.

Their price was reasonable. They were organized, prompt and they did everything that they said they were going to do. I would recommend them to others.

About the only word that adequately describes the overall move was that it was superlative! Joe, Gary, Whitey, and Derek, 4 of All Brunswick Van Lines' movers arrived exactly at the time promised and immediately requested a 'tour' of the house in order to make sure that they moved only the items we wanted to be moved since we wished some items to remain behind. They also made sure that the items were moved in an order that would allow them to unpack the truck in the correct reverse order to facilitate the smoothest move-in possible. We also requested that they load our piano last because we wanted it delivered to a different location before they delivered our furniture to our new address. They had absolutely no problem facilitating this request and made sure that the piano was in fact delivered promptly the following morning as we requested. They alerted us to every scratch on our furniture before it was loaded on the truck to make sure that there would be no 'surprises' upon delivery. They arrived at our new home the following day after delivering the piano and immediately put down runners, drop cloths, and heavy cardboard to protect all our floors. Each piece, after being reassembled if necessary, was placed exactly where we wished and moved into position as often as we wanted to make sure that each item was exactly where we finally wanted it. We didn't have to request this service. The movers continually asked us with each piece they brought into the house if it was exactly where we wanted it. They then suggested that I buy floor protectors for each piece of furniture, which I did, and they placed them on each leg of every chair and table to ensure that none of the floors would be scratched. Not a single piece of furniture or glasstop table or anything was damaged or scratched in any way. I could go on and on with how professional, courteous, friendly, and efficiently these movers handled our move. They turned a stressful situation for us into a most pleasant experience. The icing on the cake was that when the final bill was tallied by Joe, it was $100.00 LESS than the estimate that we had received from Linda. And the estimate was already lower than 4 other estimates that we had received. We would unequivocally recommend All Brunswick Van Lines, Inc. to anyone needing a moving co., and we would like to use this forum to personally thank Linda, Joe, Gary, Whitey, and Derek for their superb teamwork and helpfullness. Of all the moving companies we contacted, All Brunswick was the most responsive and professional. Many refused to come out to give us an estimate and said they could do it over the phone, but the rep from this company came out in person and gave us a detailed estimate with additional information about the company's services and qualifications. They were able to meet our requested moving dates and stayed in close touch with us in the days leading up to the move. In addition, they let us pick up used boxes free of charge, and brought wardrobe boxes to our house on moving day - this was a huge help. The team of 5 movers was professional and worked quickly to load the truck; they were careful with the furniture (though we did hear, many times, how much they hate moving Ikea furniture!) and conscientious about our house. Our belongings were stored overnight, and they arrived promptly the next day to unload the truck at our new house. Work went quickly, and they made sure we were happy with the locations of the larger pieces of furniture before they left. Nothing was damaged in the move. In addition, their estimates of how long loading and unloading would take were spot-on. The cost was quite a bit higher than the other companies who actually came out to give us estimates, but the other companies priced the move as local rather than interstate (which we understand may not be entirely legal...). We were a bit surprised at the difference in policies, but ultimately, we felt we trusted All Brunswick more, and the money spent was well worth the additional cost. The sales/office staff and the movers were all very professional and easy to work with. We'd definitely recommend this company and would use them again if we needed to move.

They handled everything like they owned it. Could not have been better. Everyone (five of us) commented on how good they were.

I called All Van Brunswick Van Lines as one of the moving companies I was approaching for an estimate regarding our move from NJ to PA. Linda came on time and went thru my home very carefully to make sure that she was accurate with her estimate. She was a true professional and with 18 years in this industry knew her stuff. I was impressed with her and her honesty that I chose Van Brunswick Lines. She gave me a estimate of 17K+ lbs and I thought no way I thought more like 14K...... well she knew more than I and she was pretty close, we came in at 18K. On move day the crew was on time and that our packing day went beautifully. Linda was absolutely right about Jason our driver he was professional, very friendly and took all the stress of the move away from us. His crew was also friendly and you could tell that they loved their job as they were always so happy. My husband and I were very very impressed with them, they presented All Van Brunswick moving company as a first class moving company. It was a long day to pack, 13 hours ( we had 4200 sq ft to load, a 53' truck loaded to the brim) and I don't know how the guys were able to do it with a smile as I was personally was exhausted by 8pm. The next day delivery went very well as we had the same crew. They handled our belongings with care and had our delivery down to a science. We had a wonderful experience with Van Brunswick Van LInes and I highly recommend them for your move.

Actual loading of household was very professional. However, there was a delay due to problems coordinating move date with available of housing in Colorado. The shipment was held up in NJ and it did not arrive until a week after move-in date in CO. Thought the storage fees were a little high.

The initial contact/estmate went well but went downhill after that. They did not evaluate the pick-up site and found they could not park the van where they thought so our stuff had to be loaded/unloaded via shuttle. We likely picked up a lot of dents and dings on our furniture with the extra handling. Nothing that we packed was damaged. Worst of all they underestimated the weight of our move by 50%. We felt that this was a deliberate lo-ball estimate and not an honest mistake. It's a fairly common ploy in the industry and it cost us. I have no idea on how to protect yourself from this as the 6 movers we contacted all would not guarantee an accurate estimate.

When we meant with them the first time, the represetative got right down to business with us and she was very straightforward. She was able to accomodate our moving date, even though it was around the holidays. When we arrived in AZ everything had to be handed over to a different company to unpack the truck, which we had a couple of problems with. A bookcase was damaged and will need to be replaced, for instance, and a large desk had some damages. None of our fragile items were broken, thankfully. They have been really responsive to our complaints and sent someone out right away to assess and repair our damages. They've been very professional through the entire process.

Whole service went very well though pack and pick up time could have been better managed. Workers were all great and the customer contact (with the home office was superb).They also worked well with their Wheaton partners in MI. And the final bill came in 20% below estimate (one that I thought would be higher than estimate).

The 3 guys came on time, did a walk through and got to work. Worked hard all day and were really nice. I couldn't have been more pleased and would use them again if I ever move again. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. We had Jim, John and Ritchie. Great guys!!!!!

Linda Peger was the moving consultant we worked with for getting an estimate and coordinating the details of our move. She was pleasant, professional and responsive to our many questions. If she couldn?t get back to us immediately to answer a question, she acknowledged our e-mail and let us know when we would have an answer. We had a specific moving window that worked for us in terms of a pick-up and delivery dates and All Brunswick delivered as promised. She was very reassuring and instilled confidence that the move would go as planned, which it did. On pack-up / moving day, Jim Titus and a crew of 3 other men showed up at the house about 15 minutes after the 1-hour time window for arrival that we had been given, which was not a problem since we had plenty to do. They were all pleasant, easy to work with, and did their jobs efficiently. We had one unexpected surprise when it was discovered the piece of granite on the desk top was attached to the office desk with epoxy ? it couldn?t be removed for crating. They solved the problem by disassembling the base of the desk in pieces from the top, crating the granite and desk top together, and re-assembling the desk at the other end. A very innovative solution. Jim drove the truck out and met us at 8:30AM on arrival day as planned. One other man came to help out from the local Wheaton office in OH and the 2 of them moved all the furniture into the condo. Again, we had one issue where it looked like a sofa bed might not be able to get into a room but it ultimately worked out. They removed shrink wrap and pads from furniture and took away all the cartons. Also, we shifted some furniture around after it had been placed in rooms and they were willing to move pieces for us to accommodate our new room layout. Everything arrived in good order ? no ?bad surprises?. I am happy to recommend All Brunswick Van Lines. They delivered as they said they would and made what could have been a stressful event as easy as possible.

Everything went great. The guys arrived at 8:45 am and got right to work. Boxes and furniture were loaded efficiently and effectively. The three men working were polite, diligent, and knew what they were doing. Once the apartment was packed up it was on to the storage unit which went smoothly, too. Upon arrival at the final destination, they unloaded efficiently and effectively. It helped that we prepared in advance where things were going. What was most impressive is that we had other contractors in the house doing their work at the same time and everyone worked around each other without slowing things down. By the time the guys were finished moving us in, we were 1 hour short of what they estimated. I hope not to have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I am using.

They are very nice. They sent a nice young woman named Linda to look things over and give an estimate. My wife liked her best out of the 4 we spoke to, and the prices were all comparable. We can’t comment on the quality of the move because we haven’t done it yet.

They do an amazing job; you couldn’t get a better moving company than them. The crew is always efficient and careful. Nothing was scratched, dented, or broken. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They were very courteous and helpful. All my belongings were in the same condition after the move as they were before. They did a fantastic job!

It went very well, overall. We have been unpacking, and have not seen any damage to our stuff, which included self-packed antique china and antique furniture. They even returned the next day with a handful of hardware for one of our bookcases, which one of the movers found in his pocket after he returned home form the move. We are greatly pleased with the service from the estimate through the move, and we highly recommend All Brunswick.

Overall, everything was satisfactory and went according to my expectations.

An excellent experience from start to finish! All of the people were professional, courteous and neat. They were timely on both ends of the move, NJ and Colorado. There was no damage to either the moved goods or either residence, and they took great care in protecting both places from any damage resulting from the move.The movers arrived at my Colorado residence on 11/15, The actual cost was well below the original estimate (I decided at the last minute to omit moving some items), The car was delivered on 11/17, without any damage.
