LAWNS BY THE BEST

He sends out a crew to do the work. I noticed that they had not been cutting the back yard. I paid him what we owed them for the work they did in the front yard, and not the back yard. I came home one day and he was standing outside of his truck. He told me that I owed him money, I showed him that our back yard had not been cut, and he said that it was my lawn because it has holes in it. My mother was standing there, and didn't want a confrontation, so she gave him a check for $300--which is what he said we owed him. I then got the actual bill stating that I really only owed him $250. He said that he was going to come back, and he has yet to do so. He is very unprofessional to deal with.

His men did not do a good fertilization job. They did not weed the flower gardens. Only the sides a little and I have a big piece of property. When he sent me the bill, I deducted 1/2 of the cut because only the front was cut. The back needed a cutting so badly. I took photos. Complained about this, too. She will tell Charlie. He never came, never checked his so-called work and sent me a bill. I paid $219.35 of the $342.40 and he took me to court. He filed a judgment against me. I paid the judgment and he did not remove it. I had to go to the court 2 times to get and send him a release which he ignored. The 3rd time I went to court & complained, they told me to send everything to them, fill out certain forms and they will remove the judgment. They called his office several times and one month later he had the Warranty of Satisfaction notorized and sent it to me. Even if his customers pay, they still have that JUDGMENT against them.
