+ 0 moreI would recommend Ken and his team in a heartbeat! He is detail oriented, trustworthy, honest, and he and his team work efficiently and clean up during/after every day of work (one guy used a shopvac to suck up dust as another guy sanded!). We first hired Ken to knock down a non-load bearing wall and was so happy with them that we hired them to do crown molding and also help us finish a deck that was abandoned by another contractor. I am picky and a perfectionist and yet with Ken and his team I felt so at ease knowing they knew what they were doing.

+ -1 moreMy kitchen turned out incredibly nice, with attention paid to all the small details--there were no small imperfections in corners or damages to any materials/furniture. All the subcontractors lined up for the plumbing, electric, construction, etc, were professional and nice to deal with. The best attribute was that I was never kept "waiting" for things to happen--Ken kept the project moving along, with every phase appropriately scheduled even though it was going on during the holidays, and the entire project took only 1.5 months start to finish. I would highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use him again.
Description of Work: Served as the general contractor for an extensive kitchen renovation involving knocking down a wall and stripping all walls to the studs and building a kitchen from scratch.
