All-Season Chimney repaired a very difficult chimney (2 1/2 story hip roof), adding replacing the liner and adding a cap and applying new parging over the brick. (Had even cleaned out the chimney base while doing the estimate evaluation.) Came on time, did a great job quickly, cleaned up afterwards and it all works 3 months later and it looks great. If I had another chimney needing repair I'd call them back tomorrow.

Jacob showed up as scheduled and gave me an estimate for the repair of my chimney, which was letting water into my home. He was personable, knowledgeable, thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He took several pictures of what was wrong and took the time to explain what he was going to do about it. He managed to fit me in for the repair two days later. He showed up on time for the actual work and did a great job in ensuring that all cracks in the chimney were repaired. He took pictures once again of the repairs that he performed. He did a great job, and the chimney looks like new. I'm happy with his professionalism and his performance!

I needed my chimney cleaned and cap replaced. It took a few weeks before Jacob and Nick could be on site to clean and repair my chimney....but it was well worth the wait! All of the work was done quickly and with no mess. Jacob inspected the fireplace and chimney - pointing out a few areas that may need repair or attention in the future. I liked how those issues were assessed based on safety, severity and need to address. The cost was reasonable and I was quite satisfied with their service. Two weeks later I had a beautiful new stainless steel chimney cap installed with no additional charges or costs. Jake and his co-worker arrived on time and completed the cap replacement in under one hour. I was very satisfied with All Season Chimney's customer engagement and project management.

I applied for this service (to fix a rain cap and repair the pipe) on a Friday, they came the following Monday. The service was completed quickly and professionally on a VERY hot day. I will use All Season Chimney again in the future and I recommend them.

The top of our chimney was knocked off by a falling tree during a storm. All Season Chimney responded to our Home Advisor inquiry within 1/2 an hour, provided an estimate the next day, and came on a Sunday to repair the chimney as soon as possible. They were prompt, responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They also found an almost perfect match for 50 year old bricks. We highly recommend them for chimney repairs.
