This was a professionally conducted project from start to finish. Excellent up-front communication, arrived when promised, and did a great job cleaning and fixing my chimney stack. They found a couple of developing problems that I wasn't expecting, but the detailed photos taken at the top left no doubt about the imminent need for repair. I appreciated the heads-up. All Season will be my first call when I need help in the future.

Jake was prompt and kept in touch. He set the time and then called the night before to give us a range when he would be here. In the morning he called and update the range. Quick, courteous response, from the owner, to my call for furnace chimney problem. He went onto the roof and took photographs of the problem area, explained the problem in detail, and explained in detail how he would correct the problem. Answered all of my questions with respect, honesty and very professional. Went above original problem call, and checked woodstove chimney to point out a problem with birds entering area, which I have had happen. Took photos of that area also. When work was finished, he showed me what was done to repair the original problem, and I could see that the work was done well, and the problem corrected. I also had him correct the woodstove chimney area. I was pleased to know that sealed area is guaranteed for 10 years, and the new chimney caps have a lifetime warranty. Excellent work and excellent price for work done. The owner/worker was extremely courteous and professional, and I would highly recommend his company.
