WOODSTACK TREE SERVICE

The work was pretty good.

Called to have tree cut down after Sandy storm. Had to call many times before received response. A person never answered the phone - always got answering machine and sometimes didn't even get answering machine. They finally called and came and partially cut down tree and didn't not return for several weeks - called many times again and no response. They would say they would come on a certain date and never came. They finally came and finished cutting tree (without returning my calls) and did not come until weeks later for stump removal (after many more calls with no response). It was very frustrating not being able to speak with anyone and not having any of my calls returned.

I had used Woodstack tree service in the past, verry good company. A gentleman arrived to do the estimate, I was surprissed when I was told the company was sold to another tree service company. I was given a verbal quote based on my walk through with the estimator, they were to leave me some cut branches/tree limbs for my fire pit. The service arrived a day early, cut and removed the tree limbs and left a bunch of rotted scrap wood. I wasnt there to tell them to trim additional limbs or to take away the scrap. The next day the estimator stopped by to collect the fee. I paid them and never called them back. my fault in not getting a written estimate.

I would give them A's all the way down.

We had to wait a bit for them to come out because they were so backed up with repair work from the storms this Fall. Once they came they did a great job and were done in 2 days. The area was cleaned up after. The price was very reasonable. We will definately use them again.

I went with a competitor who responded to my phone message promptly and professionally.

He did excellent work, prompt follow threw, came when they said they would did the work quickly and professionally. The price was excellent and overall great experience.

THEY ARE A VERY AFFORDABLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE ALWAYS RELIABLE. THEY WORK QUICKLY AND SAFELY TO GET THE JOB DONE. ANYONE WHO WANTS TREES REMOVED FROM THEIR PROPERTY QUICKLY SHOULD USE WOOD STACK.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL AND HONEST. I CALLED THEM THAT NIGHT AND THEY WERE HERE THE FOLLOWING MORNING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY DID A NICE JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY HONEST. THE PRICE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HIGH, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT BECAUSE THIS WAS A BIG JOB INVOLVING MANY MACHINES.
