The tech they sent was very aggressive and made me feel unsafe in my own home. They made an error and sent him out unnecessarily, and when he arrived and I explained the situation to him, he yelled at me, got in my face, and acted in a threatening manner. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially considering it was an error on their end. Avoid if you value your comfort and safety.

We had a few feet of water in our basement. PuroClean responded quickly to the emergency. They were very professional. They cut down the necessary sheetrock and dried out the basement using their special equipment. Once the basement was dry, they came back and treated the mold. We found the PuroClean team to be kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. We would recommend them to our friends and family.

The entire process was smooth and I would use PuroClean for all my future mold / water remediation needs. Called on Thursday, left a message and received a prompt call back. Appointment was made for 9AM on Saturday and PuroClean tech was right on time. Went through the suspected trouble areas and it was determined that no further testing was needed. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity to turn down additional testing although I was willing to do more if necessary. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend.

I was very happy with them. They were there within an hour and a half after I called them, and had everything under control by that night, and finished over the next couple days. In July, when the came and worked on the basement, from the flooding, they were there within 2 hours of calling. They do great work. They are extremely professional and punctual.

I had them come to prevent water damage from a pipe bursting. I also used them before for mold testing and remediation since I am selling my home.

They are very clean, accommodating, and did a great job.

Dave is very logical and thoughtful in his approach to problem solving, his costs are reasonable and his concern is resolving problems.

Both Chris and his wife were very helpful and kind . They were punctual. Chris, the owner, picked up and returned the keys rather than having to meet him. The staff worked with the building superintendent to make it flow smoothly. Chris made a terrible situation easier.

I could not have been more pleased or satisfied. They went above and beyond, were prompt, courteous, sensitive and respectful to me and my family during a stressful time of our home being flooded. They worked with me to keep costs down by advising me of my options throughout the process. When they left at the end, the basement was 100% mold free, clean, everything was put back and reconnected and the basement was totally dry. I was extremely pleased. The owner called me with a follow-up 2 days later to see if we were ok and if there was anything else we needed.

We were making some changes to the basement and wanted to make sure this was addressed. We were on a tight deadline and they came to do the work right away. They used professional equipment and created a high level of confidence that they knew what they were doing. There is always a high level of satisfaction with their work. The owners oversee nearly all aspects of the work and their employees are competent professionals. I wouldn't use anyone else!
