From initial design planning through complete construction our building specialist is responsible for (and on the job site) for all phases of your project. Brian J. Merkel (Owner/Builder) has the following licenses: New Home Builder License, Home Improvement License, Asbestos Supervisors Removal License, Lead Paint Proper Handling License, Lead Paint Sampling License, Building Inspector License and triple A rated from the Better Business Bureau. Five years working with an Architectural Firm/Construction Co. right out of college. Merkel Construction is a professional and creative building company. We have served New Jersey in the greater , Essex, Union, Mommouth, and Ocean County communities for more than 20 years. Merkel Construction Corp. is an experienced builder of new homes with expertise in knockdowns/rebuilds as well as new additions/renovation.
