Description of Work: They re-landscaped the front. They removed old shrubs and bushes, and replaced those. They also did the mulching and edging.

They were here for no more than 10 minutes, and then the quote we received was exorbitantly high (double some of other companies we received for identical work). We understand that they do quality jobs, however, this was beyond the pale.

I explained that we wanted to improve the appearance of our property as we would be putting it up for sale soon. The suggestions they provided were in keeping with my needs and budget. They started promptly and even when we added several new jobs to the list they completed the work on time. I would highly recommend Jeff's Landscaping to anyone who wants a job done well and at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Landscaped front yard with new plants, removed old tree, cleaned and reshaped all existing flower beds removing weeds adding mulch grass where necessary. Also added a drainage system from backyard to the street.

 + -1 moreThe reponse and professionalism from the company is superb. It all started with me sending an email inquiry. The next day, Patrick called to conduct the initial review of the required work. He showed up on time for the free estimates and promptly sent over the quote as promised. We made a mistake choosing a material, Patrick was able to quickly make the change. Christine from the office is also very helpful organizing the deposit and schedule. We ended up get our work done ahead of the estimated date. The curb looks nice now and I am very pleased with the experience. Will do business again, no doubt.

 + -1 moreThese guys are the best, best, best! We used Jeff's last year to do some work for us but this is the first time we've used them for a spring cleanup and could not be any happier. We called several weeks back to state that we wanted to get on their schedule for a cleanup, they followed up with a call to say that the weather was getting nice and they would be out soon, the day of they called and asked if that day worked and even showed up early. They walked the yard with my wife and discussed what they would be doing and asked if there was anything else they could do and went straight to work. The crew worked their tails off cleaning up everything... behind the garage, the kids play area, even cleaned out the dead plants from our planters. Didn't try to up sell us, telling us that we didn't need to mulch this year and just tilled all the beds to make the mulch look good as new, never was this option ever offered before by any landscaper. The yard looks awesome, a million times better than any other company; we've used a lot of people in the past...from the big companies to the local must use go to guy and no one comes close to Jeff's. Prompt, responsive, detail oriented and hard working, what more could I say.

 + -1 moreReached out to Jeff's on a Saturday and got a call right back. Even though this is one of the busiest times of year they were very flexible and found a time to stop by and walk through the yard; unlike some other landscapers that gave us attitude like maybe they could grace us with their presence. Patrick, who does the quoting, is also a landscape architect, and stopped by multiple times to make sure he understood our needs, concerns and design vision. Patrick made recommendations and took great care in selecting the plantings and stones that fit what we wanted. The job took two days and Patrick stopped by multiple times to check in with us, consult with the crew, and even pruned some items himself to ensure the best workmanship. When they were done, the yard looked flawless and there was not a speck of dirt on our patio or driveway. The job cost a little more than I wanted to spend, but we were 100% happy with the work and would absolutely use them again. Definitely the best landscaper in the area!!

Description of Work: We hired Jeff's to install a raised patio of approximtaley 800 SF to tie into an existing proch area. The job also required extensive landscaping around the patio and the existing porch area. First off, Patrick was a real professional, his plan designs were the best versus competitors. The stones he recommended were great, a techo bloc blu which is a concrete paver that looks like blue stones. We also had a bar and grill area installed which were posistioned well in the overall design. An issue we had is privacy, Patrick's design allowed for shielding from neighbors. Some of the pines were on the small side, but we could have paid more for larger trees. They had their teams from day 1 show up at 8:00 am every day until the job was complete...that's a MAJOR with me. There were 5 men or so and they worked hard each and every day, Patrick and ocassionally owner Jeff stopped by to check on progress. Patrick was eay to reach and always responded in a timely manner with good solutions. Job was done in advance of when we expected. Overall, a really great job with no heartache along the way.,..and we are pains when it comes to deliverables. The only open issues are how well the plants make it through year 1 and how the grass grows in spots where they patched up.

 + 0 moreThis is the team to hire--Jeff's Landscape Dand C. We met with 3 landscapers to do our backyard, and Patrick (of Jeff's Landscape Dand C) was the one who listened best to what we wanted. I can't say enough about his professionalism -- he was always punctual and paid very close attention to our needs/wants; he made suggestions, but never pushed them on us; he's so laid back and will partner with you. I also liked that he suggested that we go to the nursery to pick the plants, which gave me a lot of peace of mind, so that I know exactly what we were getting. (Most landscapers don't offer this as an option unless you ask.) The crew started on time and finished earlier than they estimated. In the end, their collaboration and expertise resulted in a beautiful end product. Our backyard is exactly what we wanted--functional and beautiful. The hardscape crew did an impeccable job laying the bluestone and re-positioning a drain that could have been an eyesore. I can't praise them enough. They know what they're doing, and they do it well.

 + 0 moreI couldn't be more thrilled with the wonderful job they did. I designed chemical plants and oversaw the construction for 8 years so I've had some experience and I'm a tough customer. The job went 100% perfectly from start to finish and their Project Manager, Gerry was even more detail-oriented than I. Between Gerry and the site foreman, Bene, my job was done 100% correct and completely to my satisfaction. I was very specific in how I wanted the French drain and downspout drain pipe routed, for ease of cleaning, drainage, and freeze protection. They complied with my requests 100%, even when it meant more cost and more work. Gerry even stopped by a week later in drenching rain to make sure the yard drained correctly. I was looking for a company with whom to partner in the years to come, and I've found them. An extremely professional job from start to finish.
