Chapman Bros. Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Called to get an estimate for a unit to replace our water pressurizer and he never returned the call.

Went fine. The technician was aware of some considerations that other providers might have missed.

Their office worked well with the general contractor to coordinate all aspects of their responsibility's to assure a mutually agreeable time line to complete the project. Always willing to give ,when asked, information concerning all aspects of the project or make changes when/where necessary.

It went extremely well. Billy was very professional and polite. He knows his business and got right down to it. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

We have used them since we moved into our house because the prior owners used them. We are happy with their service overall. They have very professional and experienced technicians.

It is quite difficult to get hold of Bill Chapman. I had to leave multiple messages for him at his office. But once he got back to us, it was smooth sailing. He always picked up my calls to his cell phone and was very courteous. Came in for a quote which was the lowest among many other quotes I had received from others. He was professional and punctual. Finished the job in time and it was well done. I will not be looking for anyone else if I have any plumbing issues in the future - Its gonna be bill chapman for me! .

Both times she said she would try to get someone over here but I never heard back from her at all. Contacted a contractor I had used in the past and he got someone over here within a few hours.

Bill did a great job. Installation was quick and the price was very reasonable. Bill was friendly and professional. I will definitely call Chapman Brothers again for future plumbing needs.

Chapman Bros had installed water heater on 8-5-2004 at a cost of $419.60 + labor. I was surprised & disappointed that this lower element was more than half the cost of the original water heater!

It was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Very fairly priced. They were not the cheapest, but gave me a reasonable estimate, and they offered me different options with various price points for the job. You get what you pay for, and these guys were worth every penny! Thanks again to Chapman brothers and team.

I called the Chapman Brothers to fix a clogged bathroom sink. There responded immediately and had a technician to my house within the hour. I found the service was very professional and clean. It took about 15 minutes to get the drain cleared. I was happy with the service, but the overall cost seemed a bit high for just a snack job. I payed $250 when tax and service charges were added.

I'm building a house this Spring and searched Angie's List for a good plumber to do the rough & finish plumbing. I came across Chapman Bros and reached out. I spoke with Bill Sr. once, who said they'd definitely be interested in the work. I followed our conversation with a set of architect's plans. After that it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. I emailed multiple times and called a number of times. Very sporatic email responses with apologies for the delays. No returned phone calls. I guess business must be good because they lost out on a nice large job.

They were a little late in coming out but their service is worth waiting for. I've used them in the past with good results.

It went well from start to finish.

On Friday at 4:30 p.m. I was told by the Gas company that they were turning off the gas in my multifamily home until I corrected two items with my water heater (installing an independent shutoff, and a dust cap). I called Chapman Brothers at 4:30, and they said they could get someone to me within 20 minutes. Soon after another employee from the gas company showed up & told me I did not need to fix the two items. I called Chapman brothers back immediately, and they were understanding, and thanked me for choosing them. I plan on using them for future projects.

All went well. Very professional. Tom had to come back to adjust the new boiler and rediators. Great service.

over all, pleased w results. Drains run clean, although in need of caps & screens, which we thought Chapmans would have provided.

I called due to a leak in my basement from my bathroom. Chris showed up right on time and was very professional. Before he came into my house he put covers over his shoes. He found the cause of my leak and gave me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I also receive one in the mail. I asked Chris about an estimate on a new furnace and A/C unit. He said one of the owners would contact me about that. I did receive a call the next day and he came to give me the estimate. He also was very professional, covering his shoes before coming into the house. The estimate for the furnace and A/C were right on but the estimate for the plumbing work was quite a bit higher than another I had gotten.

I liked them. They were very professional and polite.
