They charged $49.00 to come to the house, and $49.00 to use a plunger for 5 minutes.

Bill arrived on time and stayed until the work was completely finished, including clean-up. We did have to call and remind him to drop off the invoice for our records, but this was done as soon as we did call.

We did not contracted with them, but we tried and the experience was not good.

They came out to my home and checked everything out, then they left and never got back to me with an actual estimate. I called them and they apologized and said that they would call me back with the estimate and never did. They were very professional and knowledgeable when they were out to my home. They came out on time for the estimate. It was very positive up until their not calling me back.

I had service done by another company who looked at the unit and he did not fix it as I thought he did. So instead of hiring him again, I hired Chapman Brothers. Chapman Brothers came out and looked over the Unit. He explained to me what was going on with the unit, they installed a new one and I am very pleased with their service. They were very reasonably priced.

The job was acceptable. I was quoted $90 for the first hour on the phone and they charged me $100 when they came. I was very satisfied with the job they did on the boiler in my house three years ago as well. They are very good as far as installation of boilers. They could be a little neater when they work. I just wish that they would wear something on their shoes to keep things clean. I called them on a Sunday though and they came out the following day.

They were very prompt with returning my call and the plumber who came to the house was very polite. However, after being in my basement for approximately 2 minutes, he was able to tell me that the water was not coming from my water heater. He suspected it was my air conditioning system but was unable to help me because he was not an A/C repairman. I thanked him for coming out and he said I would probably receive a bill in the mail for the call. I asked him how much the service call would be since they didn't actually repair anything and he seemed to think it would be $50-$60 which seemed fair to me. A week or so later, I received a bill for $160 in the mail which seemed exorbitant to me since they hadn't actually repaired anything! In fact, their bill was about $40 higher than what I paid the actual A/C repairman who fixed the problem! I called to complain and after some persistence I was able to get them to provide me with a 50% discount.

They were very nice people and did the work at a good price. They gave me two options: one that only involved connecting it to the outside connection. Another company didn't even offer that option. I am very pleased with their service.

They repaired my furnace and my hot water heater. They did a wonderful job.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THE PRICING WAS PRETTY FAIR. THEY SHOWED UP NOT TOO LONG AFTER I CALLED. THEY WERE SOME WHAT PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK AND THEY DID EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY 3-4 TIMES IN THE PAST FOUR YEARS. WE FOUND THEM IN THE PHONE BOOK. WE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE. THEY RETURNED OUR CALL AND WORKED US IN THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY HAD REPLACEMENT PARTS WITH THEM AND CLEANED UP THE WHOLE MESS.

THEY DID A NICE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY. THEY ALSO DO MY REGULAR HEATING WORK. I REALLY CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

MY OPINION IS REALLY GOOD. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES NICELY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY TRIED AS BEST AS THEY COULD TO WORK AROUND CERTAIN THINGS, AS I RUN A DAY CARE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL, AND I THINK THAT FOR WHAT THEY HAD TO DO, THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

WITH THIS COMPANY THE WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY. HOWEVER, THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO PROBLEMS AFTERWARDS; IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO GET A MINOR PROBLEM FIXED.

I WAS PRETTY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO AND STUCK WITH THE JOB. THEY ALSO DID THE DUCT WORK FOR THE HEATING TO MY BATHROOM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
