+ -1 moreIt took them about two and half hours to show up. The service person was very knowledgeable and fixed most of the problem. He spent about 2 hours at the Inn. When I received the bill I was astonished. They charged me double time for the service which I had expected. But they charged me $600 for travel time!! The service man had to travel 1 1/2 hours each way so they charged me $200 per hour for 3 hours of travel. I contacted the service manager about the bill and he basically told me tough luck, that was the way it was going to be. No one told me when I called it that I was going to be charged $200/hour for 3 hours of travel time. If they had I would have found someone else. And to top it all off I had to call them again the very next week because it was still not working correctly.
Description of Work: I have used AJ Celiano for years and they have generally been very reliable and fairly priced. I called them on July 4th for an emergency service. I own an Inn and the A/C on the second floor had stopped working.
