The previous exterminator I had called was completely daunted by the idea of dealing with yellow jackets under the house, but this company didn't even blink. They came about 1-2 business days after I first called them. He was very specific about what he was doing, what I needed to do (keep the kids away from the area for an hour), and what to expect (don't worry if you see yellow jackets tomorrow, but if you see any sign of them after 48 hours call for warranty-covered service). He was able to assure me there was no danger to my cat in the house. He gave me on paper exactly what chemicals he was using. He was going to put the second chemical all around the bottom of the house, and said it would kill spiders and ants and anything else we might find to be a pest, but I told him to only put it where the yellow jackets were. I saw no point killing wildlife that wasn't bothering me, and we have the ants controlled when they get in the house. I did ask whether that would affect the 30-day warranty and he said no, the warranty would still cover yellow jackets anywhere around the house. He had no problem with complying with what I asked. He carefully explained the 30-day warranty and its specifics to me. He could answer all my questions clearly in plain English. He was friendly and courteous and pleasant.

These people had a discount coupon on their website, which saved us a lot of money. They came and did the work when nobody was home, but all looks to have been handled well. They were prompt, courteous, and provide appropriate certification and warranty.
