This company does not care about their customers. After they completed work in our basement we had water less than two years later due to “clogs” from a condition called Iron Ochre, which we had to research on our own. Other companies offer maintenance for systems that have Iron Ochre, not A Aafko. They let it clog and THEN come and tell you how to “maintenance” this issue, after you have already had to tear up your basement floor. Another company came in (I highly recommend them - message me for their name) and determined that A Aafko should have put 2 sump pumps in the basement due to the basement size and should have offered a service plan for mantenancing the Iron Ochre. We now have to shell out an additional $3,000 to fix their mess. A Aafko does not plan to rectify the issue in any way and does not acknowledge that we need additional work done due to their lack of knowledge and unsatisfactory work. Additionally, they never put anything down to protect my home. When the work was done I was left with wet and muddy stairs, which I needed to replace the carpet on afterwards. This cost me $600. I never even complained to them. They also had dirt all over their hands and continually went in and out of our home getting dirt all over the doors and moldings. I had to scrub walls in the basement, doors, and attempt to clean the stairs once they were done. This has been a nightmare!
