 + -1 moreMichael was very prompt. He mixed the tiles from the boxes as I asked. The floor looks beautiful. The only problems I had with him is that he did not make the saddles flush and the tiles are very slightly uneven. I have not called him yet to ask him to come back and fix it but I believe he will. He has been fully paid. I had asked him to call me when he finished the job and he did not(I had to take care of my grandchildren and so was not there when he finished.) There is some residue of grout, I believe,under the fridge which I will ask him to clean up.
Description of Work: Michael installed a travertine floor in my kitchen. It was a mud job, meaning he laid down cement board, wire and then cement, laid the tile and came back the next day to do the grouting. He also installed two saddles. I ripped up the floor to save money but he ended up having to rip up a 7 square foot area under the fridge. He did that at no extra charge.

 + 0 moreThe design of the kitchen floor was a diagonal mosaic pattern and it turned out beautifully. The back splash for the sink involved inlaying actual marbles in the between the tile pattern and it is perfect. We could not be more pleased with these talented workers.
Description of Work: They installed mosaic tile in our 12 x 12 kitchen floor. This involved removal of the old floor and installing new sub flooring. They also put in an intricate backsplash behind the sink.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. THE OWNER ACTUALLY DID THE WORK HIMSELF. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I NEVER FELT NERVOUS ABOUT HIM BEING HERE WITH ME. HE COMPLETED THE WORK AS SCHEDULED AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: THEY RE-TILED MY BATHROOM, AROUND THE SINK, VANITY AND THE TUB.

 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB INSTALLING ALL OF THE CERAMIC TILE. EVERY PIECE GOES TOGETHER & THERE IS NOTHING THAT LOOKS OUT OF PLACE AT ALL. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.
Description of Work: I HAD OUR ENTIRE BATHROOM REMODELED & THEY PUT CERAMIC TILE EVERYWHERE IN IT.
