High Tech Roofing did a total roof replacement. The owner, Gary, was on the job and working with his men almost 100% of the time. All of them were professional (in a down-to-earth way), conscientious, and courteous. Every day before they left they cleaned up making sure there was no debris and that nails were removed from the driveway and walkways. Instead of leaving a dumpster in the driveway for the length of the job, they used a dump truck which was gone every night. I received quotes from several roofing companies and High Tech was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend High Tech Roofing to my family and friends.

Went great, Hired Gary again, in a new house and we are going with Solar panels, so my roof needed replacing. Only got 2 quotes this time as ive used Gary before, sure enough Gary came in $1100 cheaper then the other quote. with Gary he starts with a fair price, never prices gouges.

The job was a 2 layer tear off with the installation off a new roof. Gary took the time to explain the entire job and answered all my questions.There were no surprises and all work was professionally completed. Some plywood needed to be repaired and a ridge vent installed by this was all covered in the contract. Cleanup was so well done that the only way you could tell they were there was by the new roof that looks great. I would recommend High Tech to any one in need of any roof work.

Gary Blint, the owner, responded quickly to my inquiry, examined my roof both from the attic and from the roof itself. My house is 75 years old, and has tongue and groove board on the roof. He was honest, did not try to sell me something that I did not need, as two other roofers I spoke with did. His crew was prompt, polite, neat and worked non-stop from the time they arrived until they left. Price was beyond fair. Is licensed, insured, and pulled the necessary permits needed to perform the work. Would definitely recommend him.

Gary and his crew were professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. He takes great pride in the work being done and the roof looks great! There were a few sections of wood trim that had some rot and needed to be replaced; they handled this easily and painted it all at a reasonable add-on price. His crew did a thorough job cleaning up at the end of each day as getting a new roof can be pretty messy. Overall project quality and service was excellent and at a very fair total cost. I would definitely use him again and I also asked him to include me as one of his ongoing customers for future gutter cleaning. I strongly recommend him!

Gary Blindt repaired our roof initially (when, during interior renovations of a newly purchased neglected 100-yr-old house, we realized it was leaking into an upstairs room), then bid on the total replacement of the house and detached garage roofs. His price was so far under the other companies, I was a little concerned. But Gary came highly recommended, and we were very pleased with the repair (price, responsiveness, quality). So we hired him, and his crew was excellent. The guys did a fabulous job and were neat during the process. (Make sure they tarp any areas where the old roof debris will land.) Gary went the extra mile fixing fascia and finding the custom gutters we needed to satisfy the local historic preservation commission. And still the price was very reasonable, esp. compared with the other estimates we received from big-name and local roofers. We would not hesitate to use High Tech Roofing again, but given the quality work they did, I doubt we will need them again any time soon.

Gary finished the job on time and on budget. He and his team were professional and performed quality work. I would use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for roof work.

I had had it repaired a year ago, obviously unsuccessfully. I realize that roof leaks can be difficult to diagnose. I got a few estimates/ plans of attack, but Gary's made the most sense. He came when he said he would to look at the job, did the work on schedule, quickly, and neatly.

Gary is the man, old school and passionate about his work. Great price and courteous, personable crew. Work done quickly and left no trace of debris.
