High Tech Roofing

High Tech Roofing was one of 3 contractors I contacted for an estimate. 1. High Tech responded immediately to my initial call to schedule an appointment for the estimate. 2. High Tech took measurements of roof and garage and provided a written estimate while the other 2 contactors did a walk around my property and provided an oral estimate. 3. High Tech provided samples of the product I was going to use and answered all my concerns I had with the job. 4. Date was scheduled and he explained that rain would alter the start date. (It rained so my start date was postponed by 2 days) 5. The Crew was punctual and respectful and they also addressed my questions as the job progressed. 6. High Tech insured my property was safe guarded during the removal of old roof and also cleaned up after each days work 7. Payment schedule; partial payment on first day and final payment was made after my township building inspector verified roof was installed to code. Lastly, I would like to say that I am completely satisfied with the roof and the work performed by High Tech. Gary the proprietor also advised that the work is guaranteed and if any issues arise please call him directly. So if you want a roof replaced I would strongly recommend getting an estimate with this company and you will not be disappointed.

First looked at the job told me exactly what he had to do and how much it would cost sent me quote in writing along with license and insurance info showed up for job finished and cleaned up. Very professional would use him again in a heartbeat.

They did a great job and the new roof looks beautiful. The color makes the house come together that much more. The price was very affordable and much cheaper than most companies. To be honest my brother was going to offer to replace my roof from his company at a discount and still charged more then High Tech Roofing. Since the job was done I constantly get compliments from my neighbors. A job well done indeed!

Our roof was leaking on the one section. Gary from High Tech came out and gave his recommendations to tear and replace the dormer section of the roof as there were multiple spots that needed repairing and wasn't worth repairing. I got 3 other contractors out and Gary and one other seemed the most professional and better at explaining what the process was and why they recommended the options given. At the time i thought the price was high for such a small section of the roof as it was only 4 to 5 Squares, but I got 3 more quotes and they were all between $2000 and $4000, Gary's was $1500. From what i understand there was allot of price gouging going on with the other contractors due to it being the busy part of the season, Gary said he doesnt do that, and i believe him, especially after getting all the other quotes. I had two contractors tell me they weren't willing to do the job because it was to small and to call them back in two months when things were slower.. Gary was professional and his team did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves, and most important, the roof has been up for 3 months and through some heavy rainstorms and no leaks. Its also guarentted for as long as i own the home. Definitely recommend

It went great! When call was placed the response was very quick. We were able to get an appointment for an appraisal that fit our busy schedule. We met with Gary, who was personable and professional. He assessed the prooblem and gave us a few options while he explained the process. His quote was very reasonable. What impressed me the most about Gary's appraisal was, he never suggested us re-doing the roof or spending a large amount of money. After meeting with other roofers, we hired HIgh Tech for the job. Gary and his team arrived on time and was able to do the work quickly. They were very professional and upon completion did a great job of clean-up. We highly recommend High Tech for any roofing job. I would definitely hire them again and will continue to recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend Gary and his Team are a great team to work with on getting your roof done. From the beginning Gary was very attentive and answered any question I had about the job. The crew cleaned up every day during the time and made sure everything was perfect before they finished up. This is the second time Gary has done work for us the first time was right after the Hurricane Sandy, he was the only person to show up and got it done that same day.

Gary and his crew did a great job at all stages of the contract. Gary paid attention to the project requirements, quoted a very competitive price, provided the info I needed to close the deal, and kept me posted as the project moved through the queue. The crew members were well organized and competent, and produced a high quality result. They went out of their way to protect my property and keep things tidy and safe. They were very responsive to any requests I had. Everyone was very friendly. They have a good working relationship so it was no burden to have them around. The roof work looks great. I had additional goals of stopping leaks at the dormers, repair an entry point made by a squirrel, and bar birds from accessing the soffits. Gary and the team persisted in tracking down the sources of these problems and in fixing them. They have followed up with me to make sure the fixes are permanent. Gary and company are everything you'd want in a pro.

Gary and his team did a great job. Gary clearly communicated what the job entailed, cost and when they would be coming. Job took about 4 days. The roof came out great. Job site was totally cleaned up every day and when the job was done it was like they were never there.

They were very thorough in their work. Kept everything neat. Making sure that nothing ended up in our yard or any of the neighbors yards because it was very windy a couple of the days they worked. I'm very happy with the finished roof.

I will start by saying Gary Blindt was extremely professional. He delivered what he promised. He immediately diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it appropriately. There was a leak inside the house due to a problem in the roof and the chimney and he fixed it. Thank you! Gary gave us a proper written plan and came to work on the house on a holiday weekend because he promised us he could fix the problem for us right away. We needed to ask him few questions and he returned our call right away. Gary and his services are highly recommended by us.

It was an excellent experience working with Gary at High-Tech Roofing. After the inspection, Gary thoroughly explained the cause of the damage and the solution. After sending advance to book a slot, he was quickly able to schedule a day. The whole project took about 5-6 hours. The crew showed up on time and was very experienced and knowledgeable. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away at the end. Overall it was very straightforward experience and no surprises. I would definitely recommend them.

Gary Blindt redefines responsive service. I called him about a badly leaking roof in a newly purchased home [home inspector was grossly negligent] with water pouring indoors after one thunderstorm. Gary responded in less than a day, and had my entire house covered in a big blue tarp before the next predicted rain. The roof was in terrible shape and required far more work than just a shingle-job. He worked us into his schedule and got the job done expertly, Completed at a fair price besides! This is the best of old-fashioned service and customer care. I would recommend High-Tech roofing in an instant.

Gary and his crew did a great job. They showed up when then said they would, finished the job on time and cleaned up when they finished. The new roof came out great. They stripped off the old roof, replaced the deteriorated plywood, added ridge venting and installed the new roof. I would not hesitate to hire High Tech Roofing for any roofing needs.

I am extremely happy with my new roof and the service that was provided by High Tech Roofing. This is the third time I have now used Angies List to find a contractor and again the results were complete satisfaction. Gary came out to my house with his crew and was the only contractor that took actual measurements of my roof prior to working up a quote. The crew for High Teck are not subcontractors but have been working for Gary for many years. They were a very professional and hard working crew and performed the job during one of the hottest stretches of weather we had. They informed me of the progress as they went and asked me what I wanted on a few items that other contractors would have just done the way that was the most expedient for themselves. High Tech also preformed an additional service for me while they were doing my roof that most of the other contractors did not want to preform. This saved me time and money and I did not have to have another contractor walking around on my new rood. High Tech not only gave me the best price but did not cut any corners in preforming service while installing my roof. You can use the contractor with peace of mind.

It went very well, it took three days from start to finish. Gary shows up on site most of the time and it is a small crew he uses instead of contracting out the work. Clean up was execllent as well (they even took some of my other items I was throwing out :) ).

From the beginning Gary was extremely professional. I left a message requesting an estimate and he called me back right away. I explained to him that i needed roof repair done, we set a date and time and he arrived as scheduled. When he arrived for the estimate he assessed the damage and informed me of what needed to be replaced...i questioned whether a few other things needed replacement and he reassured me it did not and in doing so I would be spending more money than i needed to. I had just previously been burned by another contractor and explained what had happened to Gary and he said not to worry I was in good hands with him and he would take care of me...and he truly did! His estimate was a fraction of the cost of what the other contractor was estimating...the huge difference in price was probably because the other contractor was suggesting unnecessary work. We planned a day for the job to take place and Gary and his team came in, got right to work and finished that same day as planned. They also took the time to layout drop clothes to protect my flooring from any damage...They cleaned up behind themselves and left no trace of ever being there...other than a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend High Tech Roofing to anyone in need of roof repair Gary is a "true" roofer not a general contractor who knows a little about roofing. We already put a call in to him about future work!

The vent at the ridge seems fine, had to have his workers come back and re-open the soffit as they weren't clear on the original try. If done correctly 1st time he'd score A's across the board, he did come back and fix the problems, but it was only after some arguing over the phone, which caused his grade to slip to a B.

I was very pleased with my recent garage roof replacement. Gary and his team were highly skilled and the new roof looks great. His pricing is competitive and very reasonable. They replaced the tar that was cracking with aluminum flashing and the surrounding roof shingles as well. Looks great. They cleaned up after they were done and took the debris with them. Service was done promptly after i accepted the proposal. No complaints and would hire again.
