 + -1 moreMichael White came to our home and carefully assessed the renovations that had been done. He asked many relevant questions and also took several photographs. He then sent us an extensive evaluation of our home. Not only did he clearly answer our primary question concerning the value added of the renovations, but also assessed the market value of our home. His appraisal was carefully justified by citing information concerning comparable homes in our area. We were very impressed with the precision and professionalism of his report. I would recommend Fleming White Appraisals without any reservation. They are excellent!!
Description of Work: We recently did some medically necessary renovations to our home. For tax purposes we needed to know whether the renovations increased the value of our home. In addition we wanted to know the current market value of our home. Both of these questions were addressed by the appraiser.
