+ 1 moreJoe was very responsive, and worked with me to remove old and overgrown shrubs, and re-landscape the front of my house, this included adding a new Belgian block border, adding new shrubs, top soil and mulch. I am very happy with Joe's responsiveness, work ethic, and the finished product.
