Description of Work: Last used Arace termite and pest control march2015nfor prevention of termites. Have been using this company since 2007. Tried calling them on april 25th 2016 and all numbers associated with them are disconnected. Don't know if they are in business anymore.

+ -1 moreWe bought a house recently, and the prior owner used this company for termite control, and had a warranty through them. As we renovated the house, about a quarter of the house was infested with termites. I've repeatedly called and left messages and no one answers. The phone number on the contract goes to a cell phone, and the address is a PO BOX. I think this a scam. They probably just collect old people's money and never do any termite control. Not to mention their warranty doesn't cover anything and costs $160. Whatever you do, do not hire these people (if you can get in touch with them anyway).
