I really hate dealing with projects like this as I hear such horror stories from friends and neighbors. But it had to get done so..... Enter ABS Home Improvements. I could tell when I met Thomas that he was a pro's pro. Asked all the right questions and showed past examples of his work. Does not hurt that he has close to 50 reviews and all 5 stars. We hired Thomas, signed the contract and worked out the start date. From demo to touch ups I felt like I was in great hands. No delays that were not for good reasons. His guys showed up when they were supposed to, they were respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable. You just could tell he would not accept anything less than stellar work from his subs. His main guy handled large format tiles like an artist. If I could leave a 10 star review I would do so. Do NOT hesitate to give ABS a call. They were on point and just a pleasure to work with. As well very reasonably priced for the workmanship.

THEY DUID A GREAT JOB

ABS is the simply the best! My wife and I just purchased our first home knowing it would require immediate renovations. Tom was able to come out immediately to meet us and evaluate our needs. He did a super thorough job walking through the house with us and assessing everything we had called out along with some other things we hadnâ  t realized either. He explained everything really simply and clear so we felt very comfortable with his feedback and recommendations. Our house needed quite a lot of work so we knew it would be crucial to find someone who would be able to effectively coordinate each facet of the job while being transparent about costs so we could manage our budget. Thatâ  s exactly what we got when we hired ABS. Tom lays out his quotes with nice detail and is very good with communication for questions whether via call or text. He was super flexible with any change orders we wanted or needed to make and never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured to do anything small or large. We were so impressed by how punctual and fast Tom and his crew worked, getting us through our checklist at a much faster rate than most warned us it would be. We also knew weâ  d have to do as much work ourselves as was reasonable with our limited experience in home improvement in order to keep costs under control. Tom was so helpful with lending us his tools and showing us how to use them properly which we really appreciated. All of the work came out fantastic and we couldnâ  t be happier with the work they did for us. You canâ  t go wrong picking ABS for any of your home renovation needs!

I needed an aluminum deck installed and it was a tedious job. However, Thomas was awesome from the start of job til the end. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would hire him again in the future!

It was a pleasure working with Tom from the day he first showed up. He was prompt and precise with his bid, and was prompt and precise with his work. If there were days he couldn't be there, he always told me ahead of time, which I appreciated. He had to cut through a block foundation for three egress windows, and the work, all the way to the finished product, was clean and precise. You would never know that they were added. I highly recommend.

Thomas was thorough, professional, helpful, courteous, and punctual. He maintained communication leading up to and during the time of the project. I would definitely hire him again.

Tom and his team were great! Very responsive to phone and email, accommodating with scheduling the work, and efficient in getting our kitchen backsplash installed in basically one day.. The backsplash came out great and we are very happy that we chose to work with ABS improvement.

Thomas provided top-notch service. His work was excellent, true craftsmanship. Our deck was in need of power washing, painting and Sealing. Some of the boards had a few nails/screws coming up and a few boards were weather warn. Thomas was the only contractor to address this. He sanded, and where needed replaced boards, he rebuilt the steps. Thomas is very knowledgeable and explains things along the way .He kept us well informed of the progress of the project. He gave a fair estimate and was true to the quote...only additional charge was for additional paint, and this was discussed once discovered . The price was reasonable for the quality work performed. He maintained a clean working environment and was respectful. He was prompt, and worked steadily but safely during recent heat wave. He worked on our home as if it were his. We are most grateful for that. We are very pleased with the work completed and highly recommend ABS Home Improvement. We hope to use this company in the future for other projects

Thomas and his son are an amazing team! Garbage disposal install is perfect. Upfront communication was superb as was the quoting process.
