Premium Power Wash

Though this happened last year, I wanted to send major accolades to Premium Power Wash and Matt! I had scheduled another company to come out and do the work (won't mention here) after weeks of trying to get them to come out. We were having a BBQ and the company was scheduled to come out that morning. Needless to say, they not only blew me off, but said that they couldn't do it "because it looked like rain." To me, that was code for we have another job that's closer and easier. Anyway, I called Matt and Premium Power Wash in desperation to see if I could get someone to come out. Not only did he agree to come, but made it when he said he was going to come. The catch was he didn't realize we were so far from him. He made it from the shore to the Trenton area, and without whining or complaining, got right on the job. He did the siding, the roof, and even knocked out the patio, and the driveway. The house looked great, and it was done in plenty of time for us to receive our guest. They use a non-toxic process, using heated water that doesn't damage foliage, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Since we've moved here, we have had a hard time getting private business owners to act like business is a good thing (a la the first company we called). They don't call back, seem to be unresponsive, and often time act like they are doing you a favor. In this instance, Matt did me a huge favor, didn't charge me extra, made good on his word, and was a gentleman. He almost managed to pick up a customer in one of my neighbors who saw what a nice job he did. If you need your house powerwashed...trust me-This is the company to use. You won't be disappointed!
