They were pretty good. They were professional and had the work done quickly. He actually took care of a little problem at no charge and I appreciated that.

On time, appropriately priced and clean. My job consisted of demolition of a wet bed floor, replaced my broken pipe, and repaired the floor. Only a few days passed from our initial estimate and having use of our bathroom again. I was very pleased with the completed job and will be using their services again. Drew represented the company and I would highly recommend him.

The team was out on two different occasions for separate plumbing issues that occurred within weeks of each other. The first visit was to repair a leaking toilet due to a faulty install by another contractor. The repair required a small hole in the kitchen ceiling, but I was impressed with the small space that they were able to work with. The second visit was to repair a pipe with a pinhole leak and to replace a very old hot water heater that sprung a leak. On both occasions the team was on time, courteous, and professional. Both repairs were completed efficiently and within the quoted budget. They did a thorough job on both repairs and cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again - but I hope that it will be a while before I have any more plumbing issues.

I had called their number after hours and they called me right back. We made an appt for the very next morning. They were early for the job which was great! Very nice, professional and did a great job. I will call them for any and all of my future plumbing needs. I have also recommended them to other people in our area. D. Burgo came out the same day I called. I was not even aware the pipe was leaking indoors, I just knew the hose was not working. Neither of us knew it was an emergency until they arrived so I am grateful the responded so quickly. In no time, they had found the cause, fit a new pipe, and corrected the situation. It was a clean job and I could not have been more happy with the way things turned out. I will be calling them again with any plumbing or heating issues I have in the future. Thanks guys.

We are deck builders - and we were digging footings for our deck and roof project. While digging- we hit and broke a gas line that fed the outdoor gas grill. We called - got immediate call back - and they were able to help us that same day! Awesome service - will definitely use them again.

Plumber did all of the rough plumbing, drains for the new toilet and sink and hot and cold water supply. From the new fixtures to the existing drain lines and water. Plumber was courteous, prompt, professional and all workers proceeded in a workmanlike manner. They cut through existing sheetrock where necessary to install drain, vent line thru roof and water supply with a minimum of disruption to the existing walls etc. This attention and careful approach made it easy for me to repair the sheetrock after rough plumbing was installed. In addition plumber suggested alternate route for access to vent in path that also minimized unnecessary sheetrock damage. In addition plumber gave me adequate time to complete the electrical, blocking in wall and sheetrock repair before returning to set the plumbing fixtures. Bathroom came out very well and is a great addition to the house. I was concerned that the drain lines in the basement would be intrusive as it is an old house (low basement ceiling), but plumber was very good at routing the drain line in basement. I have to look for the drain in basement as it is barely noticeable. Bathroom works great.

Plumber came the next day promptly on Sunday at the time stated. He snaked the sewer drain form outside the house to the house and to the street, cleared the blockage. He was prompt courteous and fixed the problem.

Had a few rough spots but any remodel job has those Dave's men did a great job with all aspects we were very pleased with the final product. I will use them again for my plumbing work.

The phone was answered on a Sunday morning and they were at our home within 1 hour. They identified the problem and corrected. They were polite, professional, cleaned up and gave excellent advise regarding other plumbing work that needed to be done. We ended up having a sink replaced and some preventitive work done. All in all, 4 stars. We had 2 visits and met Dave, Drew and Adam. Each was a professional. We will use them again and highly recommend Burgo Plumbing.

They are fairly priced, they do very good work. They are a family owned business. They are on time and give us a fair price.

Wednesday afternoon I had mentioned to my wife that we would probably need to replace our water heater fairly soon and that night it decided to start leaking from the bottom. Since I'm fairly new to the area, my first instinct was to Google "plumber" and our zip code. I found several local plumbers, but after looking at reviews, decided to go with D Burgo plumbing. It was near midnight, so I sent an email describing the issue and quickly got a reply at 6:30am in the morning with a quote. That afternoon, I sent an email back with several questions and to see when they would be able to get here and was delighted to find out they'd be able to come first thing the next morning. Promptly at 7:30am, Drew showed up, was able to remove and dispose of our old heater, install the new heater and replace some pipe going to the water heater that had started to corrode. Within 2 hours, everything was completed, cleaned up, and working perfectly. He was extremely friendly, professional and took time to explain everything. He also was able to look at a couple of other things that would probably need service soon. You can take a guess as to who I'll be calling in the near future to take care of these things. I would highly recommend D Burgo Plumbing & Heating and will definitely be using them in the future!

We had used Mr Burgo before several times. His work is always competent. (He advises and then fixes the problem at hand.) In this case we were selling our house and needed to make several repairs--- quickly. He responded promptly to our call, and- aside from delays due to the Township- all the repairs were made as quickly as possible and in the time frame that we needed.

I awoke to find a few inches of water in my basement. I contacted this plumber after Wittmair Plumbing was unable to correct the problem. This plumber was at my house at 7:30 AM the morning folllowing my evening call. The clog was caused by a broken pipe between the curb and the street. The clog was snaked and the clog removed so that the water in my basement could drain (which it did) and I could use the water until they could come back 4 days later to replace the pipe. They arrived on time and replacement the pipe. The job took about 4 hours. The cost was $750. I really don't know if this was on the high side as I did not get any estimates. It seemed a bit high but maybe it wasn't. It was the price quoted to me when they originally came and I agreed. They did not go over that amount and I was happy with the service.

Smoothly, we have used Dave's company before (repair an upstairs toilet, replace a basement toilet, repair plumbing damage done by a flooring contractor, clear out the main drain pipe which was clogged). All work has been done quickly, cleanly and completely at a fair price.
