Titan was great. My house was being renovated and we found a possible insect infestation. Ralph was not hesitant in inspecting. Although it was not as big problem as we thought, he eased our concerns and was very insightful on controlling any insect and bug problems in the future. If you have any concerns on infestation, I would recommend Titan for prompt and timely service.

I had never heard of bird mites before and I found I could get a recommendation for an exterminator on birdmites.org, a website that informed me I needed to get on top of this problem early and often. Shortly after that Ralph from Titan called me. He was very knowledgable about these critters which are sort of like bed bugs only smaller and they are active in the day time and not limited to night and where you sleep, although they like you there too. Ralph was very knowledgable about the causes and ways to get rid of bird mites. He sold me a package that I thought was pricey but in the end was worth it (especially after I convinced my landlord to reimburse me.) I paid around $400 for a package of three separate visits. Since bird mites tend to return after the first treatment Ralph told me in advance he would be back to check on things after his first visit. I spoke with other exterminators who were cheaper but I was not convinced they knew what they were talking about because they kept saying they would get them in one shot. I liked Ralph's approach, he knew the kind of anxiety this bug can produce and he answered all my questions in a timely manner. I emailed him, texted him and spoke with him on the phone. His customer service was great. I also liked that he got in touch with me from the information I put on the HomeAdvisor website, no one else contacted me that way. It made things easy and I felt like I had a no-nonsense professional who would do whatever it takes to exterminate these parasites. Very happy indeed after I didn't find a single living bug after that.
