We've been using Bob Richards for 10 years or so -- they installed central air in our 100-year-old house, and did a great job. Now that Bob is (I think) retired, it's just his son Steve in the business. I don't know if there are others in the office, so it sometimes takes longer to get a call back than I'd like. On this particular service, our upstairs air handler wasn't running. Steve showed up a few hours late, but that wasn't a problem since I was home anyway. He quickly diagnosed the problem (blown capacitors in both the indoor air handler and the outdoor compressor unit), replaced them, and was on his way within 30 minutes. Cost was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Fixed central air conditioning air handler.
