Robert Bradley Landscaping

We had a very good experience with Bradley and the tree trimming experts at Robert Bradley Landscaping. They trimmed our 10 palms + 2 trees in one afternoon and cleaned up all the mess, even skimmed everything out of the pool, that fell in during the work. Now the trees look healthy and the whole yard looks neat and well kept. Highly recommend this company.

First, I was asked where I live and then I was told there's a minimum annual fee for maintence, which was not an issue for me. He recommended I think about it and review my budget, which was rude considering I was not concerned about the minimum fee. After attempting to make that clear to him, he said he'd drive by my property and leave and estimate that day. 4 days pass - no call, no estimate. I called back to inquire if he has an estimate and he was rude on the phone and said my property was too far out (15 mins), which is odd because I provided my address at the onset of our first call. I mentioned it would've been nice if he at least called to say he couldn't/wouldn't take the job and he abruptly said I was too far and hung up on me. Absolutely rude on the phone, no sense of customer orientation and clearly he was trying to size me up budget-wise. His loss, because as I told him on the phone, I didn't have a budget! We are about to embark on a $15k project with another company that values our business.
