We had Craig out to do our inspection as part of our home purchase and he was great. He was thorough in his inspection and quick to supply us with a detailed report with photos. He was also full of useful tips, suggestions, and advice on things throughout the house as we went through.....very useful as we were coming out of a new construction condo and moving to a 100+ year old home. One of the most helpful pieces, though, was that Craig helped coordinate all the various inspections that were required and made our lives much easier. We needed/wanted a general inspection, but also a chimney inspection, termite/wood-destroying insect inspection, lead paint inspection, and an inspection to check for buried oil tanks on the property. I spoke to Craig and set a date and he coordinated the various other inspectors to come perform their inspections at the same time. Saved me from trying to schedule them all on my own....which, when coordinating the purchase of one property and the sale of another at the same time, is extremely helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Home Team was referred to us by a family member who was happy with their work. They inspected two homes for us. We did not purchase the first home due to issues found during the inspection (saved us from making a big mistake!). For both inspections Craig showed up early, did a thorough job and answered every question we had. Even though he has probably answered these same question hundreds (if not thousands) of times he really seemed to care about answering them. On both occasions he took us around the outside and then room by room, not only taking his notes, but also talking constantly about what he was seeing. He gave us pointers on what was important to fix immediately, what could wait and what didn?t matter. He also gave us an education on the proper maintenance of all the mechanical systems. My wife and I were very happy with Craig?s service and would definitely use him again!
