I can't more highly recommend Tony... definitely 5 stars. He is extremely thorough, friendly, and accommodating. In addition to a comprehensive report, he will give you a detail-oriented tour of the home, answering any questions or concerns you may have and make recommendations. Since purchasing our home, I have referred back to his report several times to help electricians, plumbers, etc with work that needs to be done. He will also book any specialists for you and coordinate them to be at the home inspection. You'll receive your report electronically in a very timely fashion. The cherry on the cake is Tony's warmth; he truly is a very down-to-Earth, caring person who is very easy to work with and honest. I have worked with a number of people doing work on my homes over the years, and am very picky about who I hire and recommend. Tony truly fits the bill for a stellar home inspection experience.

Excellent from start to finish. The photos and videos came out better then expected. Showing the new roof helped in renting the building. The interior still photos were well done and highlighted the unique features of this property.

A short while back, I and my wife were in the market for a home and a home inspector. We discovered Tony Costanzo, our inspector, by ’word of mouth.’ Sometimes, it’s worthwhile listening to your friends. Mr. Costanzo performed a careful and meticulous inspection of the house, from the roof, to the basement, to the surrounding property. He guided us through the home and explained to us his observations and interpretations of its characteristics . The results of his inspection were described in detail in a hard copy report replete with annotated photographs that can be understood by a layperson. We felt very confident that we ‘understood’ the house thanks to Mr. Costanzo.

It was a pleasure doing business with Tony at Fast Track. The work he provided showed a strong focus and great professional service to me and my family. As the inspection was in progress there were a few noticeable issues to which he informed me of the consequential effects. He also provided home maintenance tips and ideas, which he drew from his previous property maintenance experience and background. He is well versed in the overall systems of the home and explains issues in easy to understand language. He then provided a detailed report with diagrams, photos, etc., which I was able to pass over to my attorney and contractor, this provided us with solid information. He was easy going, pleasant to work with, responsive and most of all trustworthy.

Tony was great to work with. He always answered the phone leading up to and after the inspection and showed up to the inspection right on time. He did a thorough job and followed up with an extensive report. We couldn't have asked for better service. I'd highly recommend Tony and Fast Track!
