Bad experience overall, I had to bring in another company to complete the job.

It took several phone calls to get a schedule date but I was able to get a service date within a few days of making contact with the office. The crew was supposed to arrive between 9am & 1pm but didn't show up until after 2pm when I had called the office to ensure they were actually coming. I was quoted a price over the phone that was reasonable; this was to include washing the interior and exterior glass and wipe the sills. When crew showed up, they asked if I wanted "additional services" such as screens removed/replaced and glass scraping. I did have them scrape the glass to remove the rain/water stains and any sap or difficult dirt. The scraping was worth an additional cost because the glass was truly spotless when they were done, but I felt that this simple technique was overpriced. Last, they were to wipe the sills but this was truly just a wipe. Dirt was left in the corners and the cracks so I had to go back over all the sills myself to clean them properly. After the crew left, upon closer inspection of their work, I called their office back to complain about the dirty sills and one of the windows in my bedroom that was missed entirely. The staff listened to my gripe but I didn't feel like my complaint (although very polite!) was being taken seriously. They said that I should expect a call back from the boss, who never called. I called again and was told they would send someone out the next day, who never showed. I had paid cash for their services, so I felt as though I had little recourse. Overall the glass was clean, but very overpriced and service mediocre at best. I suggest if anyone hires them to get a written contract when they show up before the work begins and then afterwards, walk around and inspect the work with the crew before they depart.
