Angela was awesome to work with! She has an Engineering background and understands structural issues in and out. She was very thorough, climbed into the attic & crawled into basement storages to look for insects! In addition she took the time to explain which repairs are showstoppers as opposed to ones that can easily done with minimal cost. She advised about some upgrades that could be performed over time. She uses some very highly tech tools such as infrared thermal imaging gun to check heating duct & hot water temp! The report was very well laid out & easy to comprehend. Well worth the money spent!

Angela was fantastic throughout every stage of the process. She was responsive and professional in her communications prior to the inspection date. Throughout the inspection, my husband, father-in-law, and I followed her around the entire house. She took time to explain everything us, not just pointing out anything to be concerned about, but she was looking at, how all the systems work, maintenance schedules, and things to look out for. It was extremely educational and she was a pleasure to work with. After the inspection our report came back timely and was laid out in a way that was extremely easy to understand. I highly recommended Angela to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.

I was extremely pleased with my experience. The inspector showed up early, and did a walkaround of the house exterior. Next, she went into the attic and checked the structural integrity and insulation. She then went from room to room, testing all of the appliances, outlets, and noting any defects. She noticed issued with the caulking around the windows that I completely missed and would have cost a lot of money from lost heating and cooling efficiency. She also noted that the water was rusty and that a water heater replacement was probably necessary. She also noticed a missing gas shutoff valve behind the stove that I completely missed, but is critically important in an emergency if the stove starts to leak. She also noticed some issues with the sump pump discharge causing minor flooding in the backyard, and offered some suggested remediation steps such as adjusting the output pipe. The inspector was professional and I appreciated having an engineer's take on the situation instead of a contractor doubling as a home inspector whose solution to everything would have been to replace it at a high cost! I ended up purchasing the home and have not found any other defects beyond what was included in the inspection report.
