The goal is to treat the customer fairly and honestly, with that goal accomplished both the customer and company can establish a long term and mutually beneficial relationship.

The owner/operator Pete Bloodgood took a deposit of $150.00 to order parts and perform work. He called several times ( for various reasons) to Cancel repair appointments and ultimately never showed up and would not refund deposit.
